i have never had any problems at this jimmy john’s besides them “running out of bread” an hour before close and not being able to make any sandwiches, and tonight when the workers were very disrespectful. they don’t greet you at the drive thru, they just say “order when you’re ready” and it takes them 2-3 minutes just to say that. they also never ask if you’d like to order anything else, they just assume you’re done ordering after one sub and tell you to pull around. the girl at the window tonight was especially rude and for no reason. she had a nasty attitude and was treating me like i was stupid when i asked if i could use a reward. the only reason why this place is getting 1 star is because the sandwiches are good, the customer service just needs to be improved big time
The past year, this particular address has messed up my order every time. They also disregard extra/additional topping requests. There's another Jimmy Johns on 933. They're sandwiches are awesome. Highly recommend going there instead!
The bread crust has a leathery texture and they pulled out a lot of the interior bread
Im very disappointed with the service there. I was there on Nov 15th and I ordered the roast beef sandwich. It was so dry looking and the taste of it was just liked it looked. BAD SERVICE!!
Ordered 2 sandwiches at 1pm, it’s 2pm and still no food. Called the store, employee stated driver left 10 minutes ago but should be here in the next 10 to 15 mins. I live 5 minutes away. Definitely not freaky fast.
Unfortunately this store does not live up to its standards. When it takes over an hour for an order to go out for delivery on multiple occasions you know it’s time to seek services elsewhere. This location always seems to have an excuse for their slow service. Just a heads up, you may want to consider tipping at the end of their services, if a tip is even justifiable.
Twice in a row getting our food over an hour and or more. First time they said they were short handed and stuff and this time they just apologise and that our food would be nice and fresh and would be out for delivery within the next 15mins. After Waiting for 1hour and half. Don't know if other people experience this bad service, but it's getting old.
I got glass in my food at Jimmy John's, I called the corporate office and got no return call from them, I called Jimmy John's where I got the sandwich and told them about the glass and they said they don't serve glass there.! I was in the drive-through line today July 28, 2021 for at least a half hour. When I finally got to the window I had told the kids like five times my order. They messed it up not only once but twice. And then another car was leaving and one of the employees goes “I could care less”I couldn’t believe it. Rude rude rude and very bad food
