Very fast service, not usually busy around lunchtime

Usually well-staffed with polite and super efficient employees. I have visited a few times when this was not the case. Overall, I am usually impressed with speed and service. Food is fresh and made for you while you watch. Pro tip #1: Order a pickle to go with your order. Tip #2: Get the hot peppers on your sandwich.
Ordered delivery to a hotel less than a mile from the store pait 3$ for delivery 3$ tip on an 11$ bill, had the room number on the order, cat a call from the desk that there was food sitting at the counter for a while, thx delivery guy!
Lol don't eat the ice from the drink machine! The guy is filling it with a 5 gallon bucket dumps it in then uses the bottom of bucket to push the ice down! That bucket is dirty!
Not impressed with them,at. Least at Subway you ask what you want on your sandwich. Never got my drink either.
It took over an hour and thirty minutes to get my food delivered and when I called they said they could not give me an estimated time and didn’t know when my food would go out for delivery. Needless to say Jimmy Johns is not freaky fast.

Every time I visit any Jimmy John's I'm always surprised at how much I forgot I love the food. This was my first time visiting this particular JJ's and I was not disappointed. I decided to try the new chicken wrap and I would honestly eat one of those every day if it was a little cheaper. I wouldn't say it's overpriced or too expensive, I just prefer getting even more food for my money when I go out so I'd like to order two of these. The wrap seems nicely portioned for normal eating (I just have a fast metabolism and love to exercise).The inside of the building was spacious, clean, and I liked the temperature they kept the place at. All of the workers seemed decently happy and ready to help, and one of them was cleaning the doors when we walked in so that's a + for cleanliness. I really like the location too, now that I think about it. Honestly I didn't know this place was even here until someone else invited me. I definitely recommend, and I will be trying out more Jimmy John's thanks to this experience. Previously I had only had their bigger sandwiches, and those have never let me down in terms of amount of food for the dollar and most importantly, flavor!
