Little expensive but like the other sub places raised prices only a few more dollars bigger subs

More times than not they disable online ordering through the website and it says to use the app, then you go to app and that tells you mobile ordering is also disabled (when you can log in between the lag and slow speed that is). Wow! ?
This is the most mismanaged restaurant I have ever been to. Their online app constantly says every order takes 45 to 90 minutes to make one sandwich. You drive by and there is no customers ever there. You call and they never answer. Ever.

The service and food is okay but the parmesan bread would be very awful and hard to chew on. Sometimes the bread would be nice and soft and other time it’s be very hard and thick. I honestly don’t know why is it so hard and cheesy but it ends up hurting my stomach. Can you please fix the parmesan bread
I’m used to the store on Main st. This store is kind of messy honestly. Their work area looked very messy and not wiped and my bread was super hard on the top and the bottom tasted like they made the sandwich sitting in vinegar. (Uncleaned workspace,) I love Jersey Mike’s I just feel that this crew probably didn’t clean as well as they should.
