I went to the South Bend location near Notre Dame. It was my first time and Pam was so knowledgeable and helpful!! The cookies were good but the service was even better. I will definitely be back soon!
Infinitely better than Crumbl. Insomnia cookies are actually good. Service at the south Bend location is excellent!
The cookies taste great, but do not order online or thru an app. Their computer system glitches too much. They did not got my order for an hour once and delivered to the wrong house twice
I went with a friend to try this place for the first time. We ordered some cookies and a milk. The cookies were great! The problem was the milk. The bottle was cold, but the milk really wasn't. It didn't taste good at all, and it smelled spoiled. Trying to be respectful, I waited until the other customers left to mention the milk. I told the girl in a kind, respectful way that the milk smelled and tasted bad. I told her she could smell it (in case she didn't believe me). Then, she checked the date and gave me an attitude saying it wasn't expired. I told her I knew that, but that it was spoiled. She stormed off to talk to her boss. A little bit later she came back and offered a cookie in replacement and said they had been having problems with their fridge lately. She said it keeps cutting in and out and that she wasn't surprised the milk was spoiled. I was baffled. I didn't know what else to say. I mean, they knew the milk was likely spoiled, and they still sold it! Needless to say, I don't think I'm going to go back.
First of all I ordered a cookie sand which that was suppose to be delivered. And then they took a hour to delivered melted ice cream to my door with NO cookies. I called back she said they would make me new ones and they never came! To deliver my cookies and actual ice cream
Great service, great cookies, only reason I took a star is it only had 1 register, so the wait was about 10 minutes. But absolutely delicious cookies!
We wanted cookie sandwiches. We wanted one sugar cookie and one snickerdoodle with Superman ice cream and got two snickerdoodle cookies. The second one was both chocolate chip cookies with Superman ice cream. That one got the right cookies but literally not even a spoon full of ice cream. The ice cream was already melting as she put it on the cookie. So when I opened my box 30 seconds later, my box was just ice cream soup and melted cookie. Never going there again.
Update: WOW! Customer service is a 15/10 they sure know how to make it right and they know more how to make an amazing cookie and they are worth the wait!Placed our order at 10:30, was given an estimate of 55-65 minutes. Food never showed up. Tried calling to talk to them 3 times, they didn’t answer the phone. AVOID at all costs
UPDATE: The company reached out to us and made it right by gifting up a gift certificate and sending us cookies for free. Their customer service was great and we genuinely appreciate it since we were really upset from our experience. So I want to come back and edit this review because I think that's worth crediting.Original post: We can’t even rate the cookies because the store never delivered them. My husband and I waited 2.5 hours for the cookies to arrive and they never came. Called the store once and said our driver was on the way, called again when they didn’t arrive and they kept hanging up. I’m sure they have great cookies but the service was awful. Extremely dissatisfied.
let my delivery order sit for almost 2 hours and i had to come pick it up. and to top it off i was given the wrong cookies ?if doordash isnt coming for an order, contact doordash. 2 hours is RIDICULOUS.
