We ordered thru GrubHub and we will never order from here again!!!! ? I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and was given orange chicken with no sauce. My roommate ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was soggy and nasty. Every other Chinese restaurant I've been to puts your chicken over brown rice... We got absolutely NO rice. Just soggy chicken with a few veggies thrown in. Worst meal I've ever had!!!
The people in there are amaizing and the food is perfect. The lady there really treat me has a person. Its like eating art.
Ordered on Uber Eats. Best mei fun I've had in a long time. Pork dumplings good. Shrimp dumplings my daughter and I didn't care for. Overall good. Would order again if in the area
I want to give them a higher rating but when you’re paying $45 for two poke bowls and an appetizer for takeout you would expect a more seamless takeout process. There’s a drive thru line and then inside an unorganized set up of writing down your order number and then sitting around while you wait with other delivery drivers for your name to be called. There is no one to greet you and you’re forced to wait for them to grab the notepad to be able to get their attention and check on your order. And I while I’m trying to be mindful of how restaurants have been hit hard with staffing issues since the pandemic started it’s going to be hard to consider this place again unless they offer better customer service.
Ordered from here for the first time yesterday and everything was so good and they give you generous portions.

The presentation of the food is beautiful but every time I order, I checked the bag and part of my order is missing. I called to inform them of missing items in my first order and they told me that I would get with my next order. So, I ordered again(second time) and mentioned that I’d like them to add the missing items from my first order. The guy on the phone said that they don’t replace missing items from previous orders! Sad and pathetic because this place actually has delicious food and beautiful presentation. I guess it’s true, “Everything that glitters ain’t gold”…….
We love the food but they are now using door dash and they claim they couldn’t find our house. Sadly we will not be ordering from Ichiban anymore.
This is my favorite restaurant! I was so surprised by the other reviews that I had to leave my own. #1 The food here is AMAZING! Even some of the people leaving bad reviews had to admit that the food is great! I am never disappointed, and I order from here a LOT. The staff is always So Nice and Professional! One of the reasons I love the restaurant as much as I do is how nice everyone is there. The guy who answers the phone must deal with thousands of customers daily, but he remembers me everytime I call, and he's just so nice and friendly. Go see for yourself, I recommend "Hunan Beef, add shrimp, make it super spicy!" If you are looking for delicious food, this is it! Believe me, Ichiban Golden Dragon is by far the BEST PLACE FOR CHINESE FOOD in Indiana!
Food not ready for pick-up when they said. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after I arrived. Food is ok but nothing special. We ordered 3 dinners and only received 1 container of rice.
