I always go back. Sometimes you will get good service and sometimes it is absolutely horrible service. This time was pretty good. The south side Hacienda honestly does a way better job then the other two in town, with 100 center being the worst. I get everyone is short staffed, so expect things to take a little longer. The food is always pretty good and luke I said I always end up going back even if it was horrible service the time before. If your looking for which Hacienda is best I would recommend the Ireland/Miami St one on the south side. Your going to get better service.
Bad bad experience. They will charge you and steal money from you but not give you your full order and when you call to tell them they forgot to give you part of your order they will argue with you and tell you sorry there is nothing they can do about it since there is no proof! And I rarely ever write reviews but this place left a bad taste in my mouth.
Far from Mexico...far from Mexican. The food is mediocre at best. Salsa is too sweet and thick, queso taste like it's made from a powder mix, rice is mushy. Food is served tepid...barely warm
Awesome experience. The staff totally help me surprise my friend for his birthday n it was just an altogether wonderful experience. Food was great, area was clean,and the staff is doing so well during these times ! Keep up the great work everyone
The staff was excellent and we did not have to wait to be seated. The greeter was personable as well as the waitress. Our food was perfect and I love the salsa and chips
The food was very good. I always comes out fresh and hot. The price isn't too high I would go back again (this wasn't my first time.going either).
waited forever to be acknowledged, ordered an arriba and there was old food on the strainer. server didn't really say anything when i handed it back, didn't offer to make a new drink. menu items either discontinued or not available. still tipped above 20 percent but was very unsatisfied with my visit there today
They let you decorate for a party and light candles on our own cake! No other place does that. Good luck trying. I am very greatful as a single mother to allow us at no cost and no gratuity to come and celebrate! I love this one the best here in town because the lay out is nice and energy is high. Staff are good at what they do and understanding and Iam telling you there's no other place that does what these guys are making possible . Thank you so much! It was a perfect night.
The slowest hacienda we have been to yet! Ordered one dish, waiting and waiting and waiting. Margaritas melted trying to hold off to drink with food. Sitting in the bar area usually gets you better service, but not today... Disappointed in this visit to say the least
Hmmm, this is not classic Mexican restaurant, they dont have Carne Asada for example, honestly i dont see why people rate it this high. I ordered Fajitas at the end and been waiting for 45 minutes .Their salsa sause is more tomato sauce then salsa .Servers are polite cant say a word but food is nothing than 2 stars .
