Ordered food from Hacienda on grape Rd and when the food arrived it was the wrong meal. Not only that...the food had a piece of glass in it. The day after I experienced bad sharp stomach pains all day. If my daughter would of swallowed that glass Hacienda would be my building! Nice piece of glass! Hacienda will be reported to the health department. Oh by the way, the one at the 100 center smells like sewer. That's getting reported as well.
Service was slow only ordered 2 tacos and 2 mugs of margaritas, we went through 2 baskets of chips before food came and they weren't busy. The prices went up and tacos shrank, there was just ground ice no lime flavor or alcohol and they said alcohol prices went up and that also was reason for increased prices we left 2 in. ice in mugs. This was on National margarita day 2/22/2022.
Trash. Disgusting. Disappointing. Waste of money. Salsa for chips was nasty. Cheese sauce was hard. Meet was dry. Although the waitress was very nice.
Excellent service from Jordan and the food was hot and fresh, always a great atmosphere and a great place to dine with friends.
Went for lunch, this was our first time. I think they have a separate, condensed menu for lunch. Unfortunately couldn't get the dish I wanted to order since they only had burritos and tacos mostly for lunch menu. Overall pretty good. They did have 2 different kinds of Caso dip to try.
Was as awesome as always! I got the wet burrito, like I have for the past 35 years! Always consistent and been a birthday spot for many family and friends!
Always good food and service. Love the chips and salsa
By no means a Mexican restaurant, I suppose Tex mex. Still the salsa is basically tomato sauce. Good when mixed with the famous ranch though.Tacos I got were ok, expensive for the portion size. Steak taco was good. This place is nostalgic for my friends that took me here, but if you’re looking for a typical Mexican restaurant this is not at all the place to go. Very much American food.
They can't get regular potatoes so they shoved French fries in the burrito without telling the customer of the change.
