Best bar food in South Bend Frank's Place is a enjoyable watering hole Nick & Frank great family business. Lowe & MaryAnn were 2 of the best behind the bar. They remember your drink of choice or introduce you to new pleasures with top shelf liquor. Then they would present the menu.Home Notre Dame games it's a must stop you won't be disappointed!They offer live entertainment sometimes. Great place meet & mingle if your looking for company.Only issue parking in back lot needs brighter lighting for the safety of the men and women.

They have what you need. Sometimes the weekend crowd is too much for the area. But there are police presence.
Our neighborhood bar. The place we call home. Every time we travel and we find a cozy, familiar place, we dub it Frank's South, or Frank's Europe. Drinks are inexpensive and plentiful, the food is particularly good (never had a bad meal there in 11 years) and the clientele is diverse. highly recommend
