The ribs and rib tips and sauce were amazing. Everything else the corn, cornbread, and Mac and cheese was trash, just being honest, they were about of alot of things to

Good quality smoked meats. Good seasoning. Not sure what wood they use, but nice kiss of smoke. Had pork, spare ribs and the andouille. My co-eater loved the pulled pork sammy. My ribs were quality tasting. Loved the selection of sauces. Vinegar Carolina was favorite. I do agree with others, smoke ring/color is lacking. Sides were slaw, mac-n-cheese, and cornbread. Slaw was perfect with meat, creamy and homemade. Couldn't make it to corn bread. We overdid it. I'll be back when I'm in town! Thumbs up. (Wanna try the brisket.)

The brisket was pretty dry and tough, and the fat was still a little too chewy. Nearly no smoke ring. It was also way saltier than any brisket I’ve had. Side of cream corn was pretty good and the staff was very nice, but I don’t think I’d return. $23 for some meat, a side, and a fountain drink is not a good value, especially for the quality.

Fat Caps is the best BBQ I’ve had… EVER! Enjoying piled pulled pork sandwich and some pork belly.

Got 1/2 lb of rib tips and ribs with a side of mac n cheese. The meat were all delicious and tender. The side not so much and being $5 it’s kind of expensive for what taste and look like boxed mac n cheese. But the star of the show, the smoked meats, were well worth it. Really wanted to try the pork belly but they were unfortunately sold out.

I have been waiting patiently to catch this place open for a little over a year, we'll today was the day! I loved your spare ribs, you can really tell if someone can smoke meats by tasting the food without sauces... Fantastic job! The meat slides right off the bone and I had no need for the variety of sauces that I got, however I did taste them. I think your meat is fabulous with or without. I cannot wait to try your Brisket tomorrow with my daughter!

Very disappointed in the dry, over cooked meat. Purchased a quarter pound of pulled pork, rib tips and a sausage. It was obvious the meat had set under the lamps too long and were hard and overly burnt. I don't know what changed from my last visit but I've had better from this joint. Simply sad and disappointed.

My colleague and I try to eat here every Friday. The menu has not disappointed us in any way. We've tried just about every item and enjoyed it all.The variety of sauces is great and spot on for the different regions they represent.A beautiful brisket sandwich is served here and I highly recommend it for a go.

I don’t really know what to make of this place. Sometimes you get the best. At other times, the worst. I wish they are consistent on their good standards. Because I like their meats whenever I am lucky enough to catch them on any of their good days.

Excellent! Leftovers fried up for breakfast were fantastic as well!
