Told the gal large hot coffee with sugar and cream and and she asked if it was hazelnut we repeated large hot coffee with sugar and cream only only to get hazelnut. Disappointed
Came at 5:19am I can see workers walking around and nothing Don't say you're open at 5 if you're not really going to be open So I had to go to Starbucks...
I ordered coffee hot food and doughnuts the employee was rude and acted like she was annoyed that we were buying from her even though customers pay her wage. There was a manager in store at first but when she left it seemed that the employees were no longer willing to do their job. I waited 10 minutes for my doughnuts then had to approach an employee and show them my receipt to get the doughnuts. It was unprofessional and childish and a bad experience.
Would love to give this place 5 stars just for the donuts alone, but when I went in yesterday the female that was working the register inside was rude as hell and not just to me..... And to the other female that was boxing up the goodies..... You're the real MVP! Very polite while helping me and dealing with her rude coworker
The only Dunkin I get my tea at! They are a little busy at times but definitely worth the wait!
Terrible service! I will never visit this location again… Ordered a large vanilla latte hot… It was made cold… When I notified the server that it was made incorrectly she poured the cold beverage about half of it into a hot cup tried to steam it and handed me a cup that was about a quarter filled… Completely unacceptable I will not be visiting this establishment again
Small and cluttered, restrooms are closed to public but not for COVID reasons. Drive thru was busy and brisk. Staff was nice.
Best Dunkin I've ever been to. Food was hot, donuts fresh, and coffee drink was perfect. Wish they were all this good.
In my personal opinion Dunkin is better than Starbucks without being more holier-than-thou. It's much less flashy and yuppie but that's a good thing. It's about good donuts and great coffee. Prices are slightly more sane too.
