Rude staff, they just throw drinks together ive been there a few times recently and everytime my drink has been horrible...Editing this review and the rating will stay the same. Nothing but attitude from employees I ordered a beagle with strawberry cream cheese. Instead of telling me they didn't have the strawberry cream cheese in stock they just put plain cream cheese on it and sold it to me without asking if that is what I would like instead.I would not have gotten a beagle if I would have known they were out of the flavor I wanted.Some drinks are ok depending on who is making it. This location needs help bad
Chai tea woth coconut milk was good. However, I ordered the mini omelets and they didn't realize until after they went to cook them, they were all out. Asked for a refund.
Quick service (when there's no line) very friendly workers
I've gave them a few chances, for the most part seem to get my order wrong or they forget an item. It's annoying and honestly a waste of money.
Always keeps thr line moving in the morning and surprising friendly staff everyday I go, almost everyday before work in the am.
If I could give no stars, I would. They lie about the system being down, close whenever they feel like and have the worst attitudes. I’m sure this location will be shutting down soon.
I wouldn’t even give them one star Dunkin’ Donuts as a company is failing we should all boycott them they feel as well they need to raise the prices multiple times throughout the year why am I spending four dollars for an iced coffee. I am stupid but I am about to remedy that I am no longer purchasing coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts corporation until they fix their problems! Not to mention they’re the only establishment not opening the front doors for their patrons so you have to sit 30 minutes in a line for the slow staff to overcharge you for coffee!
Usually okay. Today waited 20 minutes for drive through. Waited until I paid to say “we don’t do combos”, so no hash browns unless I go back through 20 minute line. Order was wrong, and food was not good. Hopefully they can get their act back together.
I ordered 8 containers of hot chocolate... I got there and they spologized, only had enough for 5. Had 30 less servings than anticipated.
Ghetto attitudes at the window all the employees I talked to had an attitude or a chip on their shoulder. Low skilled workers should at least have a friendly attitude. Good morning and thank you goes a long way......
