The manager hung the phone up on me after yelling on the phone because I requested my blizzard I pod 7 dollars for to be the one I actually paid for. I ordered a royal chocolate brownie and got vanilla with chocolate. After trying to call the store the manager was being short on the phone interrupting me stating “I can’t hear you your cutting in and out!” When I talked louder so she could hear me she started getting an attitude with me stating “I’m the manager! I won’t even put you in the books so you better lower your tone when talking to me!” When I replied that she was getting an attitude with me and being a Dairy Queen manager didn’t mean she could be like that to her customers she yelled and said “WHATS YOUR NAME ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!” And I told her my name and that she didn’t need to yell at me she hung the phone up. Will be getting in contact with the general manager of the store and would NEVER recommend ANYONE to have anything to do with this location or the female manager I spoke with tonight.
The workers were very nice and helpful, the food came out quickly and was very good. I had a very pleasant experience here and would definitely go back!
It was fun. The person taking the order was fun. She was really having a good time. Wish all take out places were as fun. Loved my milk shake.
Buy a large carmel cheesecake blizzard and there was one tiny piece of cheesecake on top..handful of chocolates on top...then straight ice cream all the way down. Order additional brownie pieces....yeah..they are not there. Second time going to this DQ and they are terrible...RIP you off. They must me making bank on the extra ingeiedents they are saving.Blizzard = Cup full of soft serve
Bro i got my gravy....milk....it was just milk. But I'm low-key ok wit it bc they gave me 5 chicken tenders when I only ordered 3 so thanks for that, but fr I was rlly excited for the gravy.
Asked for extra strawberries and this is what they gave me. I didn't notice till i had already pulled off. Its not even any strawberries its just sauce. ??

I visited twice this week. The first time i would have gave them 1 star because of the attitude of the lady. She kept the same attitude until i paid. The ice cream was not "bussin" today my kids said.The 2nd visit was better the lady this date was very nice and pleasant. The prices are a bit steep, but my kids like DQ and i feel they have the best ice cream so i am willing to pay.The line tends to be long, but they are USUALLY quick, unless someone has a large order in front of you and those are the people who need to walk in!They usually forget the spoons when i go there, so make sure to ask for them AND napkins.The ice cream cake is awesome here. I usually order the oreo blizzards, peanut buster parfait, dilly bars, and ice cream sundaes. I have not had many complaints except the workers attitudes.
Ordered Chili dog and a hamburger.. They microwaved them to make em to hot to handle.... Only thing good was the Shake
The prices are higher than others but it is fantastic. The food is good, everytime I ordered I got the exact things nothing missing. The staff are great and respectful...Thank you all.
