I don't know how on earth they did it. I'm pretty sure someone there is practicing black magic. But, I ordered a pizza on the app at 5:52 pm and it was delivered to my house at 6:04! How, Domino's, how?!
Wish I could do 0 person who took my order messed up big time told me 3 times my order was 20.60 I get there and it's 40.54 cents for that dried up burnt pizza so small it barley fed one of my grandkids I ordered cheese bread sticks got some garlic knots hard over cooked I could have made home made pizzas for that price and it was garbage ended up spending more money at McDonald's it was the one on Edison by South Bend Avenue want my money back this is really sad ?Let me add a edit he reached out I emailed him never heard anything back still waiting daughter got pizza from some place had same problem they refused to refund her for that burned pizza
Ordered in response to an email offer. I was able to reorder a previous order remembered in my account. Quick & simple. Finished on time and delivered easily at carside pick-up.
Today is may 5th 2020 Time Is 3:54 am I was there to order my pizza And there the guy who worked hes very mean face to me Any help not coming out from him to the customers When I there he just looked like try to kick me out of the store I tried to take the address or anything help to make my order online he never gave any help. I wish doma pizza company try help this guy to lay him front different job Because hes completely he don't like the work here look like And please any customer don't go to this store If this guy now found different job
I normally don't complain, when I called to tell them about our pizza was so bad we couldn't even eat it, the boy I talked to was very rude, I will never order from this place again
I ordered. My husband picked up. He didn't grab all of our food.An employee CALLED and text us to let us know!!! We didn't see it until it was too late so they offered store credit. I feel like this was all so far above and beyond.Great customer service and the food that we did have was hot and fresh and more than enough.
Tuesdays Friday Saturday Sunday are the best for delivery for real legit and their driver with a blue hatch is great it was busy plus a game day and food still was steaming out the bag and my 2 L I ORDERED was out of stock he stopped and bought one for me .... what q clutch driver for customer service lol and did any of u customers complaining think it was busy short staffed....
Ordered 3 pizzas the night ofThe college football NationalChamp. We ordered our pizzaAt 4:30-5 we asked for the foodTo be delivered at 7. Did not see food until 8:30. Pizza was cold, 50 dollars worth of food. Calls to the store manager,, texts, got no responce. Will not use Dominoes again. We only called them to support out local business we thought it was a nice gesture. They knew our order would be late and manager made no attempt contact us. NOT AGAIN. Will use a delivery service because apparently they know how to get it done. We even tipped the Driver. Never again
My pizza sat in the store for over an hour, got delivered cold, and was missing my dipping sauce. I called the store to rectify the problem but nobody answered the phone for 10 minutes! What the hell?
Ordered delivery and the pizza didn’t arrive two hours or more after ordering. I used the “pizza tracker” and was notified when the pizza was finished an hour before it even left for delivery. I received the pizza and specialty chicken and it was cold/ room temperature. The food was inedible, and I contacted Dominos Customer Service and have yet to receive any form of communication. I am displeased with Domino’s, this location is hit or miss.
