Nice place horrible owner hires kids and can't hold anyone older cause all the kids are to young to use anything so good luck ordering here don't be surprised if ur waiting a long time while watching about 6 employees just standing there staring at you i believe the owner her self needs to be educated on running a business or at least have the decency to work close with the employees so they can teach her properly don't ever go here I repeat
We order 2 M&M blizzards with extra m&m and we didn't get extra m&m or even there wasn't but a few m&m in it this isn't cool Western on South Bend Indiana talk to somebody there and that says they were a manager and they didn't even carebut I go okay rude people I swear
Fries sat in window, were cold once we checked on order at the counter. 1 cashier, did not call order #'s out when ready.
The line was long at the drive through as they still don't allow entrance into the store. I'm guessing because of the pandemic. The line moved right along though and the ice cream ? was a welcomed treat!
Absolutely terrible experience today. Where to start. Overcharged. Polite but poor service. No coke in the coke machine. Sundae was wrong. Chicken strips were overcooked and only warm. Too many unsupervised staff.You could tell by the look on the 2 other customers that they had been there a while. Very disappointed.Cheeseburger and fries were good.
Guy taking order should not have been taking drive thru orders. I ordered 4 meals an ice cream and a blizzard. Got to the window and she was going to give me a cone which I understood I should have been specific. I told her I wanted a large ice cram in a container and she put the cone upside down in the container. I thought is she serious? The drink I ordered was very bitter so figured they weren't checking soda machine. I called and spoke to the manager about how unhappy I was and she literally told me....we have 15 year Olds working here and they are trying. Lol...that was literally her answer. Lost my business. But it's like anything else on The West Side. T Allen's is about the only place that actually cares about their business.
They can't get ANY orders right and the customer service is AWFUL. Management isn't any better and I just got hung up on because I couldn't drive back up and show them that the cookie dough blizzard we ordered had no cookie dough in it. I deleted my original 5 star review from when they first opened because it went downhill fast. Managers, get a clue.
Worst Dairy Queen Blizzard ever. If you know me, you know I love ice cream. Specifically, my most favorite, being, of course, the Dairy Queen Blizzard. There is no explaining my love for all Dairy Queens, but this one in particular has had quite an impact. The artistry shown in these Dairy Queen Blizzards is incredibly phenomenal. I really admire the worker's ability to blend it to the perfect degree, allowing for the perfect Dairy Queen Blizzard flip. I've only seen the Dairy Queen Blizzard drop once, landing precariously on the server's chest. She was incredibly embarrassed but I only found it more attractive. The drive-thru workers are efficient, allowing fast turn arounds when I complete my Dairy Queen Blizzard and need a new one, and fast. The "Royal" Dairy Queen line featuring a flavor-filled interior is never unbalanced, as these workers have found the perfect ratio between ice cream to flavored sauce. I could not recommend this establishment any more than I already have, so I leave you with a tip of wisdom, a little joke, "A guy limped into a Dairy Queen and ordered a banana split.The attendant began to make it for him and said "Crushed nuts?" And the guy said, No, I just have a bad knee."
The sandwich was amazing. I was surprised by the large size. It was fresh and the lady was super nice.
