Always good and the food is hot off the grill. What's not to like about Blizzards and Sundays.
I came to pick an order as an Uber driver and Jared helped me, and greeted other customers!!! Excellent customer service!!!! Jared, keep that great customer service, greatly appreciated!!!
Go back to the paper wrappers! They switched to brioche buns and huge cardboard boxes for the burgers to try and seem "high class" - it does not work. The burgers get cold twice as fast in the big boxes, and the brioche buns just stick to your fingers and hands and peel apart.
I went and got my crew extra large slushies to drink! They really hit the spot!
I ordered a 4 of tender box and the tenders were so small and there wasn’t even a handful of fries in the box and the bread was not toasted just some melted butter tossed on bread what it looked like! And the strawberry cheesecake blizzard I also got had barely any cheesecake bites in it I basically should’ve just ordered strawberry ice cream. I’m extremely disappointed I don’t know if your employees are getting trained like this to save money due to the inflation but I expect to get what I pay for. DQ is not the same or at least this one isn’t my order must’ve just been thrown together because I was not pleased.
Purchased 4 blizzards. Each blizzard barely had any ingredients. Called and told them. They gave us new blizzards. Exact same thing. We no longer will be giving $5 plus dollars a piece on literally flavored ice cream.
Only fast food restaurant on that side of Michigan St. that will let you eat inside! Also, they remodeled the inside and it has good seating.
You guys are definitely my favorite DQ in the area. Food is always good and the blizzards are always made welll. Have stopped going to a couple because they've gone downhill.. I drive out of my way to go to this one :)
I can't believe this skimpy lunch cost $20. We left still hungry, the shrimp was mostly the size of my thumbnail or smaller!
I Love ice cream and they sell it. What can I say, between the ice cream and flame thrower sandwich I've been a customer for 20+ years.
