Sitting here waiting for food the time on my receipt is 1:06 it’s 1:31 and no food people that came in 15-20 minutes after us have eaten and left. I asked about it and was told they are short staffed… that’s not a matter of being disorganized.
Their fish is so good. The pieces are breaded, and it is such a thick piece of fish. Love their butter burgers and chili too. I don't think I have ever had anything I didn't like.
Culver's is 1 of 2 fast food restaurants who runs their business like a well oiled machine. Even if you end up having to wait you know it won't be long and everything is made fresh.
Really nice place. It's CLEAN, so CLEAN, I can't express how CLEAN they are. I was ready to eat everything on the menu just from the cleanliness of the store and it's staff. And everyone was well trained! They were TRAINED! When was the last time you went to a "fast food" and actually got quality service from a staff member that knew how to do EVERYTHING without asking? Love'em!
This place takes fish to another level! I really enjoy most of their fish and their chicken tenders are even crusted a bit like fish. I really enjoy their style!
Had the two piece Cod plate. Fish was hot, flakey , and plenty to eat. Not much more I could ask for. The wait wasn't bad either.
Staff was friendly and greeted you when you walk in. Menu and prices are comparable to other Culver's. Place was clean. Delivery of our food to our table was quick. Our order was correct.
Best fast food burger IMHO. Service is always excellent, food is always hot, staff is always friendly. A bit more expensive than McDonalds/Burger King/Wendy's/etc - but not much and worth it. I would give them five stars but their burgers are competing with childhood memories of "Grandma Burgers". She fried them on a grill that still had bacon grease on it from breakfast, the tomatoes came out of the garden and she toasted the buns on the same greasy grill. :-)
I love Culvers. Always clean, employees neat, friendly, and efficient. Food is always good and has great variety. My favorite fast food restaurant. Anywhere I travel, the Culvers are consistently good.
Great Service. Workers were very friendly and attentive. Food was as expected. Love the pretzel bites!
