We ordered a pot roast MEAL but they handed us a pot roast sandwich. We told the it was wrong and they had us wait while they redid the order. They then brought another sandwich and separate broccoli.We told them this was not what was ordered again. Then a lead person came out and we showed her the receipt and they went back in to make the dinner. They finally got it right after 3 tries and about a 20 minute delay and a lot of frustration!!!
Wife and I both got burger baskets. The advertising says your order is prepared fresh. Both our burgers were so old and cold. They were dark brown all the wayThrough and crumbly,like there were on a plate for hours after being way over cooked. They were so cold they didn't even melt the cheese they were in contact with. I will say after contacting someone they replaced the order that was only slightly better.. don't see the fascination with this restaurant. On top of that it it a very messy place .. for all the employees on staff you would think it would be better taken care of. Won't be back
The person on the drive through was terrible, I asked for just the kid’s chicken, he asked if I wanted fries and milk, I told him no just the chicken, as he read back our order he had put the milk and fries with the strips, once again I said no fries or milk got them anyway , I asked for a single w/ cheese burger and a single with cheese no onions but every thing else. Got the order, the one with out onions had nothing but a cheeseburger burger. The burgers were burned, had so much mustard it was the worst burger I’ve ever had
Always fresh food, Always...Frozen Custard is delicious. Employees are never rude, but they aren't extra friendly either. Almost robotic is only way I can explain it. Do expect to spend a bit of time here depending on when you stop, this is a very busy location in a bit of an awkward parking lot and the only location in a large radius. However it's worth the wait.
The veggie burger was burned. It was clear some employees didn't want to be there. Two employees cursed. Not impressed!
Expensive!! For 2 people to have a 3pc cod dinner, 2 drinks was just over $43.And to be honest, the fish had almost no flavor at all. Came with fries and coleslaw. Not worth it, atleast for this meal anyway. Not impressed
This was the first time my boyfriend and I have ever eaten at a culvers. To say the least it was terrible. Everything was fine until my boyfriend found a hair in his roast beef sandwich right after we got our food. So we took it up and politely asked for it to be remade just to sit there for 20 minutes and be told they forgot. Not to mention there were at least 10 workers in the back and half of them were being loud conversating among each other. I have worked in the food industry for years and have never been more disappointed in a restaurant. I won't be eating at culvers again especially this one.
They have really great food, but this time around, they didn't have any salt on my fries and onion rings but it wasstill good.
The online Service for culver's does not correlate to current closure so be cautious of your order placement. I used theyr online method and payed for my food and when I went to pick up it was dark, no lights, and drive thru machines were offline! But this location did have staff ensure that my food was made and ready, it was fresh, warm and all I had to do was pull up to the drive thru window to collect it. I ordered a 3 Pc cod dinner, my only regret is they didn't add the usual lemon with it. Over all never had an issue with most of their locations in the northern Indiana area!
