The employees are very indifferent toward costumer. I don't want to think it is because I am a Hispanic customer. The two ladies at the front very disinterested, not even a “good morning” point out the menu., etcDo not forget that thanks people like me your business is running.I will never back.The food, just a OK, nothing amazing.

This place is an asset to the South bend community! They never try to upsell me on auto parts either. They are honest and fair. They have a very nice cafe you can eat at while your waiting on your car. Also a nice car wash. Very friendly staff!!!! 6 stars!!!
Never rely on them for private jet catering.My company requested a quote for private jet catering. First of all, it took us days to receive a response. Even then, it's only because I called them repeatedly asking for it. Then, when they did reply, they informed us that they don't deliver on Sundays... which, how are you even in the industry if you don't deliver on Sundays? Then, when we presented the quote to our passengers, and they approved the order, we reached back out to the Coffee Spot Team for confirmation and they said they would send confirmation shortly for delivery the night before. Then someone came back and said "We cannot confirm due to staff and food shortages. Take care!" I'm sorry, what? We requested a Fruit Platter and a Veggie Platter. Last I checked, South Bend is not running out of Fruit and Vegetables. Garbage operation. Then they had the nerve to tell us "We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will consider us in the future." Seriously? You just screwed us over and really think you'll get another chance? No, this is what you get. A negative review.

Because there was no sign stating if you use your card at the vacuum.It will hold 10 dollars of your monies for some days.
They do great oil change services here. Good coffee too. Love the people here.

The food is always good and the service side is great too. When my vehicle needs service I like to make a lunch date of it. Needing an oil change gives me an excuse to have some of their bomb loaded chili!
