Stopped in here to grab 2 veggie burrito bowls. First off the prices have went up over 2 dollars in the last year. I should have looked at the food before I even started to order, I felt bad for telling them the bowls looks terrible and walking out empty handed. The veggies were almost all gone and they gave me the last little bit of the scraps which looked nasty. The Guacamole was also turning brown and nasty looking. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon mind you. The ingredients should be kept full and fresh looking. I will give 2 stars just because the girl making the food was apologetic and trying to be nice. Step your game up Chipotle! I left and went to Qdoba which had delicious looking ingredients and was a much cleaner facility inside.
This evening I placed an online order. It said my order would be ready at 9:40. I picked up my order from Chick-fil-A then went to Chipotle I arrived at 9:45. The doors were locked. I can see at least five employees in there cleaning up. I tried to call but I wasn't unable to get through the automated service. I checked my account the money is pending. I checked the app it said that my food should have been ready. Obviously the employees knew they had a order online and choose to ignore it so they could get out of work early because they were not short staffed. Half the employees were just standing around eating or drinking
Did you honestly call a cancer patient a skinhead???? WHAT is wrong with you??? The manager yells over the phone, 'DID ONE OF YOU CALL A CUSTOMER SKINHEAD?' Of course no one answered her because they wanted to keep their jobs. This is 100% unacceptable!!!!!
Absolutely the worst service ever. Open till 10pm and everything was out of the windows, we were there at 9:15pm, was told they were getting ready to close. Employees singing out loud, swearing and carrying on. Food was terrible, place was a disaster. Stay away from this crap hole. Chipotle you need to clean this place up!!!!
Pretty good food, the food was hot which was very nice and we were served hefty scoops of food. Unfortunately the sprite was just carbonated water, but was no big problem, the other drinks were fine, it was probably a one time thing. Other than that good service and a good place to eat!
This is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve EVER been to. I live 5 minutes away (next location is 25 min away), and I always go in hoping it’ll be a better experience than the last since there’s not a lot of healthy options locally. I’ve experienced a guy repeatedly wiping his snotty nose and prepping food with no gloves on (turned around and left), and there have been multiple people prepping food with no gloves on and touching their face/ hair down near food. During Covid masks were down constantly. The workers are very rude, loud yelling at each other vulgarities & they move at a pace of a sloth. Being positioned next to Chipotle makes this comical. Finally, there’s frequently something not prepped and ready. We got there today at 12:15 and the worker was very short when we asked politely when the fajitas would be ready and she said “I don’t know when someone washes and cuts them.” I wish corporate would turn things around here!!! It’s a shame.
My husband got our lunches and brought home. Mine was extremely salty for some reason. I took it back to ask if they could remake it. Was treated poorly as if I was just complaining just to complain. They would not remake it because they said it is the "same stuff". So I asked for a refund. I called my husband who had the receipt, and found out he had paid cash. They gave me an 800 number to call to get a refund. I am most upset by the way I was treated, even by the manager. VERY POOR customer service. (Also...it was obvious I had only taken a couple bites out of it.)
If you’re used to having generally good experiences at Chipotle like I am, you might be disappointed if you decide to stop at this particular one. In hindsight, I wish I would have looked at the reviews on Yelp before we decided to stop here on our way through town. It seems management hasn’t listened to all the complaints from over a year ago about the place being filthy and workers not working. The workers could not be bothered to clean off tables, empty the trash, restock the bar with tobasco and utensils, let alone get you the food you ordered. They told me three times they didn’t have chips or vinaigrette when I clearly saw it in the back. Needless to say we won’t be back.
Extremely rude staff. I was having a bowl made when I heard them say they were out of chips (I eat my bowl with chips) so I asked if I could just have what was already in the bowls into burrito shells. The one lady gets nasty with me saying no and that there is people behind me. I didn't care, I let them go in front of me. It was that easy. Didn't have to be rude about it since I was asking kindly.. ill take my business elsewhere next time. Oh and it took about 25 minutes for them to clear a line where I was able to order.
Good food, the soda was out on a couple of selections. The station where the lids are located was messy. The price for what you get is better than McDonald's in my personal opinion. The flavor on the chicken and other meats are excellent. They were fast and friendly.
