I came in last thursday and a very tall gentleman named Wyatt handled my food and it was the best service ive ever gotten deserves a raise 10/10!
Dismayed to find out my mobile order was horrible prepared when I got to my room (missing ingredients!) Very slow service too.
Do not trust their scoop integrity when ordering online. They give you almost no rice and always “forget” the extra steak.
The food was SO GOOD, and the workers kept us entertained the whole time. The assembling of the actual food was a little slow, so try to avoid rush hours. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend!
They give extremely small portions here! Usually at other Chipole locations I find the food size too big for me but this one can't even fill me. Especially, if order online and semething is out, they don't give you extra of other things so you just get very little food. I'd rather they cancel my order when they can't fullfill it.
Doors unlocked, four employees visible at the counter, more obviously in the back cooking, but they're not taking "walk-in orders" because they're "short-staffed." No customers inside. Lazy, lazy staff. They should all be fired. If you can't support walk-in orders, which are the way you make your money, you should just be closed. I'm not going to download an app so it can tell you what to make me when I'm standing right in front of you and can simply tell you myself. Pitiful customer service.
Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there 3 times now hoping maybe it was just a bad day but it’s consistently bad food. The food is clearly not fresh, it’s cold, and they put 0 effort into making a burrito just slop it together. Disappointing because I love chipotle but don’t waste your money on Eddy St
Went here one evening, December 2021, because I tried to order via DoorDash and the app couldn’t locate a Dasher for me. This location had a sign on the door, stating they were closing early due to staffing. (I got there around 8:30 pm. They normally close at 10 pm.) There seemed to be plenty of staff behind the counter. Most weren’t wearing a mask. The food wasn’t fresh and everything was nearly out. They didn’t want to open new pans of anything. Right before their new closing time, employees were making their own food to go - making what was left even less. Most of the employees behind the counter were frantically trying to clean up so they could leave. All the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. There was a pile of to go orders that weren’t going out or being picked up. Two disheveled looking gentlemen came in and grabbed at least 6 of these bags, stealing old to go orders. Employees didn’t care but they probably don’t make enough to. I probably won’t go to this location again in the evening. My burrito definitely wasn’t worth the price since it tasted old, the portions were small since they were nearly out of everything, and it was missing romaine and guacamole (they were out - I actually drove to Taco Bell to buy a side of guacamole).
I travel for work and go to Chipotle often. Look at how they did my steak quesadilla. Steak on the side and my 3rd side in a cup? My online order didn’t say steak on the side. Ive been told at this location that I cannot order quesadillas in-person, it MUST be through the app. Don’t order a meat quesadilla from this location unless you want your meat on the side.
Had chipotle from this location this last Wednesday, the chips were mostly stale and unsalted and didn't have that lime flavor, the guac tasted like dish water or soap or something every few bites and my bowl was pretty cold.I do not recommend this chipotle.
