If I could give it no Starz, I would. After a long day of work and travel I find myself waiting in the line more than 15 minutes with no movement. There was someone inside but no one was working working. It should be closed instead of spending money on employees who did not come to work. No work ethic and a complete waste of time and gas money. Never got the food after waiting more than 25 minutes ?
The whopper is great doesn’t need a review. But the staff at this branch was very nice. My meal was a few minutes late (didn’t bother me at all) and as I was eating one of the employees came to my table to give me a free whopper meal as an apology for ‘forgetting about me’ which they really did not. Highly appreciated, great service
I stopped in here for breakfast and I usually don't set the bar high for BK but this is probably the best one I've been to in recent years. Clean dining room, fresh food & coffee, and relatively quick service.
What is going on here? Waited in line from 1120p - 1205A on 6/25/2022 after the Billy Joel concert & finally gave up & left! Got to order board & was told "be with you in a minute" then nothing for 15 minutes. A lady was standing at the drive thru window with a big drink cup & it looked like there was 1 employee standing or sitting in the lobby. ???
Straight up rude and disrespectful management at this store!!!!!!!!
Food was great! Fries could have been a little warmer but other than that, they nailed a somewhat difficult order! P.S. I'm not at all biased because they forgot to get my coupon or ask for any money!
Just left the place. Went there about 930. Asked the counter girl if they still had the $ 1 menu. She said nothing, merely pointed at the menu on the wall. I said gee that says 3.29...or whatever. I repeated my question, " did you guys get rid of the dollar menu". ? She again acted like she didn't give a damn and pointed to the menu. How hard is it to say yes we have. Arrogant, obese, overly made up young girl who should NOT be working with the service industry. I have been going to this place at least twice a week for over 10 years. Never again Get rid of that fake eyelashes thinking she all that excuse for an employee.
They were nice to me and my original chicken sandwich was great!!
For a “fast food restaurant” this place is anything but fast. 20 minute drive through times are a standard here. 10/10 would not recommend
Went through drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches... Checked bag and had 2... Got back to work and they gave me the wrong sandwich so disappointed...
