The place was very busy on a Sunday night. We waited about 20 minutes just to get to the front of the line. Some of the workers just didn't quite understand what needed to be done to expedite service. Once our food was done, one of our items was given to another patron, requiring us to wait for this to be fixed. Pizzas were delicious though.
Ordered ahead and picked up. Pizza was good but slightly underdone, so I put it in the oven a few minutes and it was perfect!! They were busy and understaffed so that was no biggie to me. The only real complaint I have is I ordered balsamic glaze on my custom pizza, and they put WAYYYYYYYY too much on the pizza, so if you order this I'd do it in person or put light drizzle in the notes.
I use to love Blaze and I thought it was one of the best quality pizza I could get around here. But now it's always short staffed hard to get ahold of the manager. I even tried calling corporate and they won't even answer my calls. I just wanted my pizza but I didn't get it and when I called to get it replaced and I picked it up it was made incorrectly. It shouldn't of took over 6 days to get my pizza replaced.
Me and two of my friends went to Blaze to celebrate Pi Day because Blaze was offering pizzas for $3.14. However, when we got to the counter to pay (after we went through the line of making our pizza) the cashier told me it wouldn’t work if we hadn’t done it within 24 hours. So me and one of my friends had to pay full price. But then our last friend lied and said she downloaded the app prior to 24 hours. So the cashier scanned her app and it worked! So she was able to get the deal for $3.14. So I went back up and said we all downloaded our apps at the same time they wouldn’t refund me or give me the Pi deal. She didn’t even try to scan mine. I wouldn’t be mad if it was a different day or even if she tried to scan my app and it didn’t work but she didn’t. She was probably told to say that so they wouldn’t lose out on money. Which isn’t my problem. Don’t offer it if that’s what you’re worried about.
Personally I love this pizza but tonight I had a horrible experience ? I got my pizza COLD and BURNT. It’s so burnt there isn’t even any dough. You take a bite and it just crumbles to dust. Such a waste of my hard earned money.
I always love coming into this Blaze pizza. For sure the friendliest restaurant I go to on a regular basis. Joel, Josh, Katie, and Meech are always so kind and make the experience worth it every night when I come in, no matter how late. They always show exemplary service and personal kindness— I wish their friendliness and hospitality should be replicated at every Blaze and food establishment. Thank you guys for everything!

Delicious food and great service! Pizzas are fired right before you, and my ordered a gluten free pizza and loved it. The people that worked there served us efficiently and courteously.
Love the pizza! The old crew they use to have was great! 3 stars because when we went in to order last night by ND in South Bend there was a lot of cussing from the female who was running register. We were behind a young man and his wife. I knew him but he didn't notice. That same cashier kept saying ladies when he clearly had a beard. The disrespect was uncalled for. He didn't react and kept talking with his wife. He is well respected on campus. When they left the girl laughed and made a joke that suggested she knew he was transgender. The disrespect makes the place look bad. Horrible to have people like that working there.
Came here during college at all times of the day and night! Never was a fan of thin crust until I came here! Great flavors and still very filling! Chill and neat environment! Love customizing/B.Y.O. Pizza!
