I should’ve known something would go wrong once I arrived and seen the sign on the door saying burgers were not being sold at this time. I experienced a few things during this visit. While the appetizers didn’t take long to receive, we waited a long time for saucers. One of my mozzarella sticks didn’t have ANY CHEESE in it, hardly any cheese pull when were finally able to eat. Who orders mozzarella sticks and expect NO PULL. Ridiculous. I wasn’t going to wait for fresh ones. My order came back with honey mustard sauce instead of barbecue sauce per my request. It then took a few employees to flag down to get the right sauce. One of the plates had stickers that were under the cooked and plated food as if it was cooked in the broccoli. Overall the food was okay, could’ve been better. Same for the waitress. It’ll take an invitation under certain circumstances for me to return. For the price of these meals there should be no room for error. I paid a pretty penny because we were celebrating my daughter’s graduation.
Just not a good experience. Our server was nice. That is about the only good thing about it. The 2 stars are for our server. Neither my husband or I enjoyed our food. We had simple orders. He ordered the traditional wings..they came out dry to which our server suggested some more hot sauce to help moisten them up. I had the classic appetizer combo..potato wedges were burnt. I asked for traditional wings but got boneless...which were also dried out. Our server did get me some traditional but that was after my meal was about done. At any rate we will not be back.
Ordered online and upon delivery found out I was missing food. I called for an hour with no answer, no way to get my food or refund.
I understand that it is a shortage of workers but the Manager should at least come up front and explain to everyone that's waiting to be seated that we are short and we will make sure you get seated as soon as possible instead of having your waitresses walk pass 15 people standing by the door and not say anything. I waited 30 minutes before anyone said anything about being seated and then another 30 minutes to get a table. My hat goes off to the staff but at least inform customers about wait time and give them the option to leave or stay.
Don't waste your time coming here at night.They close in an hour and a half. But they ONLY want to do to go. This is the second time they have pulled this one me when I came in here to eat. If I wanted to go there are a million other places to eat.I came in here to eat in obviously or I would have stayed home and cooked.Id give them 0 stars if I could. I had to sit there for several minutes wasting my time only to be sent away. This happened the last 2 out of 3 visits. Last visit the service was bad but I thought Id give it a try tonite. I wont be back. Went about 4 or 5 years without coming here and seeing how bad its gotten I wont waste my time again.
Didn't get a chance to eat! The place was empty and the host said there was a 20 minute wait. I was not waiting 20 minutes when there was plenty of tables open! Went to bouna instead I enjoyed my food without having to wait 20 minutes for a table when they were way busier then Fridays!
Friday's is one of my favorite restaurants. I have never had a bad experience. Which I didn't when I went last week. I understand completely that the world is short staffed; however, I felt so bad for my waitress. She had over 12 tables all myself. I wish I could remember her name because she definitely deserves kudos!!! She was an African American queen who treated us so well. I hope her management team sees this and gives her a raise. I was there on Wednesday in the early afternoon. Thank you again for the great experience!
been sitting here for 20 mins and this skinny white boy is very passive aggressive doesn’t want to take our order claims “jackie will take ur order she’ll be here in a minute” yet he asked us what drink we want and had an nasty attitude about it. Just very distasteful disrespectful unprofessional he should be fired immediately. wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a racist. he called me “brother” i stated i didn’t want anything to drink then he proceeds to yell across the room “you want a water brother?” I come here all time and usually have the same waitress. This guy is disgusting. he’s in the 2nd picture and 3rd picture.
My husband and I brought our three teenage kids here for dinner today at 5pm. We were greeted with “we don’t have a hostess , I don’t know what’s going on” . After 20 minutes a lady came up and asked us how many (5). She looked around then said, we don’t have room for 5 right now. No option to wait. No other words. How? There was clearly room. We waited 25 minutes for any acknowledgement.
After having a bad experience with another Restaurant Chain, we were forced to find another restaurant that could accept us last minute on Valentine's day.2 hours before closing with a full wait list, management took care of us, despite how chaotic the work load had become for the staff. Our Server Torie was EXCELLENT! even though we had high Hope's to eat at the previous restaurant, I am happy that my date and I, had the opportunity to enjoy our first date night, which happened to be on Valentine's day??
