Delivery order was not accurate. When I called, they said I had to either bring the sandwich in for a replacement or call a different number to speak with the manager, and obtain a gift card. Nothing like making the customer jump through hoops for a simple refund/adjustment!
I usually never come to this Subway but I come here because my mom likes it. I avoid this Subway because the employees are always rude for no reason. There have been employees who have rolled their eyes at me, and shook their heads at me. The food tastes like rubber, and last time I came her I got food poisoning. The cookies are hard and the floors are always dirty. One time I tried using a coupon and they didn’t take it because “this location doesn’t accept coupons” I had to leave and never got my food. When I was a kid, this place used to be good and the employees were friendly but now they’re all rude for no reason. I will never come back.

This location is unbelievable, the employee's at this location are PHENOMENAL!!! I give the employees that worked on Sat.7/17, around [email protected] Schererville location off of Burr St., a HUGE APPLAUSE \\u0026 THANK YOU, for handling my BIG order so quickly. I ordered 9 foot longs and all were made differently and they did a superb job without being upset for taken on a large order, and also handled it all very quickly, even with quite a few customers there they all worked as a team!!! Thank you very much and for your patience!!!!!! I will definitely be purchasing my subs at this location \\u0026 the subs are very delicious here!! LL-?
No hands washing between sandwiches, touching mask with gloves on while making sandwiches, etc just not clean
Vegetables are always fresh. Service is good.

Subway BOGO 50% is Not TrueHere's my comments that left for Subway Experience survey:"I was assisted by Loga. Logan said that in order for me to get the Buy One Get One @ 50% I must order the Steak and Cheese. Guess what? Logan gave two roasted chicken sandwiches which were way cheaper than the steak and cheese ones.Tis is cheating and deception.I need a refund and Subway should check talk to the franchisee to stop cheating customers.I can provide you with a GPS Time Stamped pic for the sandwich."--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Please take a look at the receipt and at the sandwiches pic and you will see that I ordered steak and cheese and received the cheaper roast oven chicken sandwiches instead.
