We used to come here often. My kids wanted to come here. My son's chicken tenders were dry. My salad was mostly lettece, for an over $10 salad I expect a bit more toppings. My youngest said his cheeseburger was good. The restaurant felt worn and dirty. The bathroom stall did not have a lock and the toilet paper was not on a holder. This was a waste of $50 plus dollars. I will say our server was nice. There are much better restaurants in the area.
We ordered two cheeseburgers with fries( takeout). The hamburger patties on both the cheeseburgers were burnt. They tasted horrible and my daughter and I didn't even finish the burgers ended up throwing them away.
I've had Red Robin multiple times but this recent trip was fantastic. Amazing friendly service, and I did go in the middle of the day, so it wasn't too busy, but it was still a Saturday, and there were still other guests, however we got our food and drinks insanely fast.
Restaurant was only at about 25% capacity waited 30 minutes to be seated then 30 minutes more to receive food ordered. Pricing is outrageous three burgers one order onion rings three sodas $75.00. Definitely cannot afford to dine there again.
Food was pretty good. One order of fries was soggy. Never fails. Service could have been alot better.
Great burgers my first time going and they have a full bar also it will become a main destination
I had never been to Red Robin but my girlfriend insisted I try it. Now with any new place to eat you may not like everything on a burger but I try them the way they are made. My only real food complaint was the Sauteed Shrooms burger as it's called, all the cheese had fallen off inside the paper they put the burger in. The one star review itself was due to service or rather, lack there of. Joanna our server numerous times took 15-30 minutes between bringing us our stuff including the nearly 30 minute wait for a Togo box .... Asked if they had any butter for my 6 year olds broccoli and it never came he got so bored waiting he just ate it. All in all very poor service, perhaps understaffed.
Waitress was pretty attentive, the quality of food was really bad. Overcooked burgers, fries, (that actually have a bottom). Overall, i won't be back unless the hire experienced cooks.
I understand that they were alittle short staffed but they were standing around doing nothing. Didnt give you napkins with your dinner unless you asked. You had to flag down waitress for drinks. Several tables around us complaining. Girlfriends chicken tenders very hard and no meat. Just poor service in general
Never been able to eat here. Every time we've tried to eat here there has been almost an hour wait.I can only assume that it is as delicious as the other Red Robins. Fortunately there's another franchise in the area getting our business because of great quality and short wait times.
