I was ATTACKED BY THESE EMPLOYEES TODAY WITH MY CHILD. POLICE WERE CALLED BY US BECAUSE I WAS FOLLOWED TO MY CAR BY ALL THESE EMPLOYEES AND ONE OF THEIR GANGBANGING BOYFRIEND THAT WAS SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT. VIDEO FOOTAGE AS WELL. THIS IS YOUR SCHEREVILLE INDIANA LOCATION OF ROUTE 30. I EXPECT A CALL SOON AS A COMPLAINT WAS PLACED.

Went yesterday for a late lunch around 3pm. The drive thru line was long, but I didn't think it would be horrible. I had to shut my car off three times. I shouldn't have waited, but I hadn't had their chicken sandwich in a long time. The staff was very courteous though. When I got my sandwich, probably a third of it was batter and not chicken. I was really disappointed ?

I believe in giving businesses & folks second chances because everyone has a bad day. Yesterday , May 2,2022. We went there and got the meal for $ 28.00 + tax. I added some pictures. Notice the Mac & cheese, it's not properly filled & the biscuits were a tad bit burnt. My husband & I have over 19 years of experience in the bakery & fast food. We know how food is prepped, cooked, baked, packaged & presented. This is just unprofessional. I understand times are difficult & there's allegedly a shortage of supplies & etc but quality, & customer service should always come first & the prices should still be affordable because it's affecting everyone. That's all I have to say .

Got in line just before 10pm as first car behind the order speaker. That car's order was taken about 10 or 15 minutes after I drove up. On e that car moved, it was about 15 more minutes before mine was taken. I pulled to the window, when I was given my drink, I was asked if my order was something completely different; she then entered my order again. Another 15 minutes passed by before my order came out. I checked my clock again to see it was 10:45 pm. This was in excess of 45 minutes to get a single meal. Won't be going to the Popeyes across the street from my hotel again. The chicken was not completely done. Poor service a quality from this location that had at least four workers on duty and only the drive thru open.

First I will start with my cashier was eating food behind the counter and his food was above the food others were ordering. Second there was only one person in front of me and I still had to wait about 12 minutes to place my order. He took care of two people who walked in behind me for taking my order. When I did get my food half of it was cold. My mashed potatoes were very runny and so was my gravy. My coleslaw tastes like pickles. I will not be going back to this Popeyes ever again.

I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was delicious. I just wish I would have gotten a side with it. I went back today and my lunch was delicious.

Honestly. The place is atrocious. We ordered the 2 can dine for 10 meal. It's supposed to be 5 pieces of chicken 2 sides and 2 biscuits.. We ended up overcharged by 6 dollars so I went back in. The Manager went above and beyond. Had me keep the original meal and gave me the right chicken and one extra side, and the $6 dollars I had been overcharged. I should have checked my original order before I left. Upon arrival home I found We had one box of 5 tenders, French fries(we ordered mashed potatoes., and two red beans and rice when we ordered Mac and cheese. So... great management which is the reason I rated this so highly,(someone hire that guy out of the fresh hell that is Popeyes) , whoever took, billed and filled that order decided they didn't care who got a mystery meal or how much they were charged.

My son went to drive through at Schererville, Indiana. The lady was so completely rude. She didn't even say hello or wish my son a nice day. All we ordered was a large coleslaw and a large fry. She gave him a large fry and a large mashed potatoes. I know many people are not working. And I appreciate those who show up. But seriously?!?! I've always believed and I've always taught my children if you're going to give, give one hundred percent. Clearly this lady gave nothing. Very sad.

The food was good, after bypassing another Popeyes that had about 12 cars in line for the drive-through; this one only had about two. It appears that many fast food restaurants you can only go through the drive-through, which was the case here, but the line moved quickly and they got our order correct.

Terrible customer service. They screwed up our order and gave me someone else's. We didn't realize til we were home. I called. They asked what I ordered and I gave her my name and order again. I let them know my husband would be there for it on his way to work and I would be without dinner now. (they wanted the wrong food back, fine whatever). I get a phone call 2 minutes later from them. The woman says "he said he already gave you your food plus extras and I refunded your order". I said what are you talking about? My husband is still standing right here. She says hold on let me get him. he gets on the phone being as disrespectful as ever, arguing. Long story short. They had me mixed up with the poor souls in front of me that they must have also screwed up the order for. Yet I gave the incompetent woman the order on the 1st call. He hangs up on my husband. I called back. He answers. I ask for the manager. I hear him say it's the same f*cking lady and hands her the phone. I hear someone else laughing. "manager" is the same woman I had on the phone previously. Well he apologized. I said he hung up on a customer! She says all new employees. I told her he needs to be fired. We got a refund when my husband showed up. Dude was no where to be seen. Gave the food back. Left without food. Will never return. Piss poor customer service at best.
