My pizza was almost two hours late. When I called to find out my orders status, I was told by an employee named "Bill" that he "did not have time" for me and my issue. He thought it best to hang up on me, as if the situation would resolve itself magically. I would avoid this Pizza Hut. They do not "have time" for basic customer service or time to make a paid for pizza, apparently. Ultimately, Pizza Hut scammed me & stole my money. Do I contact the police?
waited well over delivery time to call. the first little girl was clueless and couldn't tell me if the delivery driver even had my food out for delivery. finally got my food and they forgot my dip I paid for. I called back the same clueless girl gave the phone to a "manager" who sounded 12 and had a horrible attitude. she acted like she was entitled on the phone. refused to give me her name and said "well what do you want me to do about it"?!? umm I don't know maybe your job you get paid for!! I didn't say that but I told her I wanted the dip delivered (I live 7 mins away). She hung up the phone on me!! I will be calling corporate and if she's not fired and I don't get a resolution I'll be going to the news. why hire kids who can't be respectful to customers?? I mean exceptional customer service is your #1 job!
Pizza was good. Price was higher than the menu stated. Bathroom was filthy, dark and scary. Most likely won't be back. Mainly due to higher price than what was on the menu $3+ difference doesn't seem a lot but it does seem like you're being cheated.
This place looks like it hasn’t been touched since 1980, I love it. Staff was friendly and quick for my dine in order.
By far the worst experience of my life for going somewhere to eat! Ordered early they didn't start till after we got there then the pizza was wrong. Then the bread st KS didn't come out till we were done eating. apologies no discount. It was horrible! Do yourself a favor and drive 10 min to a different location!
I called multiple times and kept getting hung out on and then when I finally got ahold of someone they said the driver left over a half hour ago and didnt know where she was. After another 15 mintues of not getting my food I called back and canceled my order. They said the driver was pulled over and she would be there soon. By this time my food was probably already cold.
Start by fulfilling an order. No issue charging my card immediately but no order ever prepared or delivered. App updated to say order completed and out for delivery which was not true either. Horrible
I do not recommend this Pizza Hut. I normally do not leave reviews specially bad reviews, but they seem to have either slow workers or need more workers. I have to always wait more than 30 minutes after my online order says it’s ready. It is very frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be using this Pizza Hut to get food.
I placed my order for curbside pickup. It was apparent when I arrived that no one would be coming to the car so I went inside. I went inside and there was a line of 4 people in front of me. From the time I walked in, no one was directly acknowledged or asked why they were there. No apologies made for the lengthy wait. No explanation. I understand that there may have been shortages, but please acknowledge guests when they walk in. I stood in line, not moving, not addressed for almost one hour until I asked if someone could check if my order was ready (which it was). There seemed to be no sense of urgency and no apologies for the poor service.
My order was hardly warm & I was missing an item in my order after waiting 90 minutes for my original order. They said that it was coming fresh out the oven & being delivered right to me. I live about 7 minutes away. I got my order 1 hour later & was hardly warm again. If I would of know it was going to take that long & arrive cold. I world of just asked for a refund.
