I love eating at Papa John's there pizza is GREAT there dipping sauce is Delicious and there wings are outstanding
The 1 star is not a reflection of the food or staff but the owner and corporate themselves. Called tonight to place an order for delivery and they literally had ONE employee working. He sounded so stressed and panicked and apologized that he couldn't get us our delivery because they just didn't have any staff and explained it was due to terrible wages and hours.Pay your workers a living wage and maybe you can keep your store staffed. Shame on Papa John's and whoever owns this franchise.
Pizza was not great, although it was tasty, but pizza sauce was too sour while it was hot, not so pleasant as before , lacked some sweetness , spicy Italian sausage, and mushrooms, were almost non existent on pizza!!Also extra cheese, I paid for, was actually of regular amount.Papa Johns has very tasty pizzas still , but became skimpy lately!I am not satisfied with amount of ingredients on pizza, ingredients I paid well for!
Ok first the young man taking my order nice, I wanted delivery was going to pay cash but told they couldn't accept fine, so I paid with my card ok . Ordered Lrg pepperoni pizza, garlic bread sticks pizza ok but omg..opened box of bread sticks looked like bones ??NOT like the picture at all... no taste what so ever VERY DISSATISFIED! Not to mention my first time eating from there ordered for the boy I'm taking care of. I'm very disappointed ?
My order was confirmed for an 70 minute delivery time and I said I would pay cash. I was then called back and asked if I could pay with a card because they had no one to deliver my order and would be switching it to door dash.. my pizza was said to arrive now in 95 minutes. No apologies of any kind (although being short-staffed is not their fault). Regardless, very poor customer service. I said I can just come pick up the order then.. The gentleman on the phone then proceeded to ask me if I can call back a replace my entire order because he could not figure out how to take the delivery charge off of the pizza and switch it back to pick up. After all of that, I called back several different times (because now my entire family has is waiting on papa John’s) and no one answered the phone. What a terrible experience. Won’t be ordering there again.
Ordered for delivery and as I’m waiting for my food I get an email 30 minutes later that my order was cancelled. This location is a joke, this is the 2nd time they’ve cancelled my order like this just on a different occasion. TRASH, idk how the person running this place still has a job.
They do not honor any discounts you have. Customer service is terrible. I placed an online order and they made it wrong and wanted to charge me more for their mistake.
I used to love Papa John's as my favorite pizza place but over the past couple years this location has just gone downhill with horrible management and workers, just look at the other reviews and they're pretty accurate.Tried asking them to switch out my garlic sauce for pizza sauce in the pizzas and they told me they weren't allowed to do that. I've eaten and done that for 10 years here. It has been about 5 months since I've last ordered here which was apparently enough time for the company to reset my rewards points. I'm not sure which I dislike more the company or this locations staff.For a decade Papa John's was my favorite pizza place, now it's easily pizza hut from now on.
Lady on the phone taking the order spoke entirely too fast & was difficult to understand. She asked if I was paying cash or credit. I said cash and then she told me they don’t take cash at the store. I asked her why she gave me the option, there was a silence. I had to ask her again why she gave me the option for cash or credit. Her reply was we only take credit card over the phone. This lady doesn’t even work at the store I ordered from. They have a general order dispatch. Last time for me. Ill order local and support the mom & pop pizza place.
The pizza is alright, their bread based sides are really good.The staff is really friendly and nice! Hats off for working as hard as you do?
