Went through the drive through. See pics of What I ordered and what I got. Horrible. Couldn’t go back do to bring this to their attention but I tried calling several times and no one would pick up.
I don’t write reviews often but the experience I had with this location was wonderful! Lydia and Billy Jean went above and beyond for a large catering order I put in the morning of, which didn’t leave them much time. Everything was packaged perfectly and beautifully organized. It was ready when I picked it up. I will definitely be doing more catering events with them.
This is a review of Sunday, April 3rd. Not a good day for panera. My order was wrong, wrong, wrong and I didn't have time or interest to return. Everyone and every place has an off day. This must've been. I'll be back but it was a disappointment.
The staff here is very cordial, I applaud their attention to customer service and the time the take to provide quality food. I hope this continues. My only small complaint is that the prices for premium entrees like the chicken sandwich for example seem a bit high.
Not very happy with this Panera. When I received my order in the drive thru, I noticed that it was missing one of the entrees that I asked for. So I went into the store and let them know I was missing an item, to which they responded, "yeah, sorry we actually ran out of that item." So basically they were hoping that I didn't notice I didn't get it? Why wouldn't they tell me that they ran out of it instead of giving me all my other food? Communication goes a long way.
I waited over an hour for two grilled cheese sandwiches, two cups of soup, and a smoothie. I should have volunteered to go in the back & make it myself! Maybe that should be their new business model??♂️
For the 3 weeks I was in Indiana, this was my comfort place, my healthy dinner, my easy place for great salads soups and sandwiches. Thanks for the food and customer service.
Ordered a Fuji apple salad and was looking for the pecans. None. I went and asked about it and was told they ran out of them. For a $10.29 salad they should have all the ingredients on hand or let you know when they don’t, in case you want to order something else. Also, the salad came with a piece of stale bread. Very, very disappointed. Oh, and nobody offered me a “treat”!
Sooooooo good. I love the fact that you eat the bowl that the soup comes in. Now if they will just make edible spoons!
They gave me all the wrong food when I ordered from Uber eats. No good get it together. Very prejudice as well. Not very welcoming to blacks.
