Absolutely terrible. I got one gluten-free pizza and one regular thin crust. The crust's seemed identical..... I don't know if they both for gluten-free or they both weren't. The edges of the pizza were so hard you couldn't even eat it. I got half spinach half and mushroom I only saw one mushroom on the whole half. The pizza that was supposed to be regular thin crust was cold while the gluten-free one was hot. It's unbelievable how terrible both the pizzas were..... I was so unsure if the pizza was actually gluten-free I was too scared to eat it.

We were so excited when the schererville location opened up. At first the pizza was fantastic. It was on par with the locations in the city. We were getting pizza 3 to 4 times a month. However in the last year the pizza has gotten awful. It has very little flavor. The topping are still raw and crunchy on occasion. Lately it’s tough calling the pizza a deep dish. It’s more of an undercooked pan pizza with high sides. I don’t know what has changed in the last year but fix it! I will be taking my business to better pizzerias. Do better Lou!

Always have liked Lou's, here in Schererville, from the pizza to salad to beef sandwich!Unfortunately, I'm not sure whats going on, but this is the 2nd time I've ordered the Salad and found a fly.I get that"its fresh", but I can never eat it again always having to worry about finding a fly. Makes me question everything about their food handling.Definitely threw up. Lost appetite. Lost a customer.

I ordered online and per the website it stated curbside service would meet you out front with your order. I got there early so I waited in my car and parked in front of the building when it was time for my order I parked in front of the door near the curb. No one came out so I went in and asked if there was curbside service the two women said no the curb is on the otherside. There were no customers. The curbside signs were inside. I came early and there was a truck in the area on the side of the building. I guess it was too much to ask for them to come out and say so. I got the pizza home and it wasn't as good as the Lou Malnati's I have been eating since 1996. It was extra greasy, the crust was bland, and the sauce had no flavor. I will stick to the downtown locations. Very disappointed.

What happened to Lou Malnati's? The deep dish used to be deep. Now it is a thin crust pizza with a high lip. Got a refund at least.

Lou Malnati's is the the best deep dish pizza in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago area. I have always had a great experience, at the Schererville location. Doroteo, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Pizza was good, but when husband sat in the parking lot from 4:50 until 5:10 waiting for someone to bring it out like the info on my online order form, it was very disappointing. Pizza had been ready but my husband was told that they no longer deliver to the car, even though I provided a description. At that point, he saw a pizza being delivered to a car parked in the lot. I will no longer be ordering online and following their directions!

Delicious pizza!! The butter crust is second to none. Very cheesy and never dry, this has fast become our favorite! Kim is terrific, everyone there is professional and friendly. And what a great rewards program!

Carried out a delicious pizza at the Highland store & drove it all the way home to Valparaiso. It was still warm & tasty! Even cold it’s so much better than any local deep dish.

Ordered a deep dish which was awesome & also a thin crust sausage green pepper & mushroom & it was not good at all. barely any sauce & bland flavors. Was very disappointed. We had out of town company & I really talked up your pizza & was very disappointed. Spending $65 for 2 pizzas & not happy.
