This was actually my second visit here. We were seated fast and I have no complaints about the service or the food. My steak was more medium well than medium but it was still good. I was charged full price for a child's drink which is free. This was fixed by the manager with no issues. So far so good!
This location recently opened up and it is an amazing place for steak. Waiters are always nice and the food is great. 4 stars because sometimes the way you want your steak can sometimes not be right. For example, if I wanted my steak medium well, I might get it medium. However, they are happy to cook your steak again and they’ll give you new sides even if you’ve eaten them already. Went to another location and it was good but not like this one. I hope they maintain their standards in the long run.
Everything was good. Food was good, service was good, and great location. Vegetables (spinach & brussel sprouts) could have had a little seasoning, but my lamb chops, potatoes, Cesar salad, & sangria was great!
My Dad and I took my Mom, Sister and Niece's here for Mother's Day and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were told our wait to be seated would be 1hour or so but only ended up being maybe 15min, so that was good. We had an awesome and friendly waiter name Helen who was a riot and really got along with my family. Very attentive and engaging fun personality she had. The food was great as always and topped off the experience.
We placed our name on the online wait-list and we're seated within 5 minutes of arrival. Our waiter greeted us right away. Foot and drinks were VERY VERY GOOD. Will definitely go back again and again
Four of us had an early dinner around 5pm Friday. Only waited about 10 minutes or less for a table.Three of us had various steak entrees and one had a steak sandwich. The steak entrees included two sides. I had an ample delicious salad and loaded baked potato. The small loaves of bread were very tasty. Each one of us had a different cocktail, all very good. My tender steak was cooked to perfection, just the way I like it. The cost of my dinner was reasonable as were my friend's. Our server was attentive and personable. I think her name was Brittany. I will go back soon to have another good meal.
My friend went here for lunch last week to try it out. We were so excited to finally have one near us! Well, when I saw my bill, I noticed I was charged the wrong price. The waitress had put in the dinner version of my food instead of the lunch version. I talked to one of the managers explaining what happened. She then took my card and receipt and said she was going to look at what happened. It took a good 5 minutes and k had to ask the host what was going on since I didn’t like having my card taken and not knowing what exactly was going on. The manager claimed she issued a refund of the difference but it’s been a week and still haven’t seen anything.On a side note: the food there is delicious and the host was so sweet! The managers could learn about customer service from her.
The worst dining experience ever. My boyfriend and I both ordered steaks. We wanted them medium. They came out well done and very dried out. Mind you we waited an hour for our food. I also ordered a drink and changed my mind on what I wanted. When our server went to get the drink taken off our bill the management team reprimanded him about being too nice to us. The cooks rushed our food out because the kitchen was behind. Our server Cameron was best part of our experience. He was the most polite and kindest young man. The way management treated him he really deserves better and I hope he finds it.
Went in opening night 3/8/22. Very short wait time for a table. Food was good, service was outstanding. I doubt they maintain this level of staffing on the floor for long with the workforce shortages we have been seeing in the rest of food service locally, but for now, hats off to them. 2 separate managers stopped by to check on us, one who identified herself as such and one who was just dressed like one, I guess he could have been a trainer. Steak was cooked properly. Stand out for me was the Wild West Shrimp, $12. When I ordered I thought it was a expensive, when it showed up I was shocked at how much food was there. It's a lot of shrimp for $12 and it was very good. As I already noted, the steak was cooked correctly, I ordered it medium rare and it has a warm red center throughout. The cut of meat itself was excellent, very tender, good flavor. The fries and bread unremarkable, not bad both were servicable, nothing I would complain about but I'll definitely pick a different side next time. Plenty to chose from.
