I've been to this Little Caesars 3 times in the past 2 years. Every time they are horrible. I continue to give it a chance in hopes they improve. Like baseball, 3 strikes they are out. Walked in and ordered 1 sausage and 1 pepperoni pizza. We were the only customers in the place. Both were under under cooked and a mysterious circle in the middle of both pizzas that had no cheese or toppings. Crazy bread had a texture as if it was microwaved and not seasoned well. Never again.
the blond girl working the front is super rude. the food is very inconsistent, sometimes the pizza is swimming in sauce and soggy and gross sometimes it's normal, sometimes I will get 6 or 7 cracker thin breadsticks sometimes I get the advertised 8. the one consistant thing is te crazy sauce, it's always ice cold, is electricity to run a steam table too expensive?
We ordered the pizza 1 hour early and we drove around 3 miles and we didnt get a pizza and was told we had to wait an hour, the workers are really slow
They never I mean never answer the phone and when I went in they were Soo rude and only had 2 customers the staff were playing with each other in the back. Never had problems with Domino's.
The girl running the front has the worst customer service. She doesn't greet you when you come she has 10 ppl in line and helps one person at a time. No emotion, no smile, no thank you just ignorant to be totally honest. I understand being short staffed but she is miserable. She helps one person turns around to the back takes out her cell phone walks around comes back with same disgust on her face than proceeds to help the next one than disappears again. She is the worst employee ever you can't be that desperate. She is just awful blonde young girl running the front on 04-08-22
This is the worst little Caesar’s location the workers are so rude and they follow the mangers attitude. Manger Joey needs to get reviewed and taught how to treat customers. I ordered a delivery order and it was not complete and they won’t refund or even try to make things right. I would like to talk to the owner of this place about how I was treated today !
Asked for extra extra parm on the bread sticks and had 5 orders and not 1 pack had even the basic amount.. they looked like plane bread sticks!!!Pizza had burnt sausage on it but pizza wasnt burnt so kinda confused on that...unfortunately service is horrible.. like it is everywhere because no one wants to work and the few workers out there are struggling hard to keep up with demand.. also some of the workers here are crabby and not educated in their job so they come off half witted.. ? God for bid you ask for an extra this or add that they get so confused it makes us feel like we're talking a different language.. definitely need some training help asap!!!
there was NO MANAGER. so when everything went crazy , they couldn't fix it. we all were told tonight that we had to wait until tomorrow for refunds because they didn't know how to do it. I'm just in shock . I was so understanding of the situation until that . just aweful business practices by far.
Two stars since their breadsticks are amazing!! But Be warned…you’ll wait 30 minutes for a pizza that is supposed to be “hot and ready”. This happened to me, then when I showed up after waiting 5 minutes longer than my estimated wait time, I was disrespected by staff. A blonde girl with a wrap around her right wrist refused to give me her name after being blatantly rude to me and telling me there was no one I can call or speak to about the service I received. I am disgusted at her behavior and how terrible this place has become.
Hours are super weird. Tried to come twice within the past week and they were closed both times. Probably won't come back.
