My husband went to the drive up and ordered 3 items, they were out of all 3 things. Hard to believe a chicken place is out of chicken. Not the first time but it is the last.
The employees at the register were very nice. The food has waaaaay too much salt in it. If you have even the slightest bit of high blood pressure, don't go there unless you have a death wish.
Chicken was hot as were the biscuits. Cold slaw great. Service was quick.
Very disappointed that only drive thru was open. And besides that they close at 4pm on a Sunday. That's just at dinner time. What the deal??????
I happened to come at the beginning of the shift. The chicken was hot and fresh. And I did not have to wait long for my order
The restaurant was better before the Personnel changes, now they screw up orders and want to argue with the customer the food in the bag was wrong and the receipt was wrong but she still wanted to argue with me

Please be aware of paying for your meal online before arriving. If they're out of an item that you have already paid for online and you're offered a cheaper replacement or to tell them that you're not wanting a replacement but your money back due to their error, you will be told that they will NOT! give you any money back to make up the difference. I think this is a fantastic way for them to make more money, but also a fantastic way to lose customers too.It may only be a few dollars to me that they stole, but to them, it could be tens of thousands a day which soon adds up.Pretty sad that they need to do this...
Showed up about 30 minutes before closing. Didn't know what time they closed since everyone's hours are so sporadic right now. Anyway, go to place my order and she asks what two sides. I say mashed potatoes and coleslaw. She says sorry but we don't have any mashed potatoes. Ok, I order Mac and cheese, same thing, they don't have any. She then tells me what they have and I pick fries and coleslaw. I pull up and wait a good while behind the person in front of me because he has a big order. He even adds something on. I finally get up to pay and it's like 10 minutes before closing. I pay and the person behind the cashier says sorry we don't have any legs so I gave you all thighs is that ok cause we are closed. I didn't want 3 thighs, I barely wanted 2. I wanted a leg. I just shrug and say it's fine because what am I supposed to do? I already paid. So I get my food and drive home. Get home and lo and behold I have no fries and my coleslaw is under my chicken. I'm super disappointed at this point and I think well at least the soda will be good. I take a sip and nope, weaker than my jump shot. Ugh. Super, super disappointed in my experience here.
