While I'm not DEATHLY allergic to onions, I am still allergic to onions. Like many reviews before mine, I also have chalked it up to being short staffed/new staff. However this location has consistently put onions on when I stated in my online order "no onions". Again im not going to die, but now im going to have stomach issues for the rest of the day......great. Probably going to be the last time i order from there.Update 4/26/22:After a very rude delivery driver gave me one stinker of a side eye ive decided to no longer order from here. You guys did your best, but I do truly feel im being a burden when im asking for no onions; and I'm no longer going to be one. I gave this location a fair shake, but after today no thanks. It truly is just grocery store grade food.
Fourth time ordering through the drive thru and getting home and having the wrong sandwich. Tried to pass the first few times they were wrong as being short staffed or new employees. Now I believe they just throw anything together.
No complaints with this JJ location. Everything is always spot on - this is one of the better stores in the area.
I placed an order today and never received it. Have tried calling the location several times and no answer.
I ordered ahead, they had 50 sandwiches ready for me when I got there, needed some last-minute arrangement for condiments And they took care of it with a smile for me. Fantastic.
So, my sandwich was made incorrectly BUT that is not the most important part of this review. I am so impressed by the manger Dan handling my concern and being so down to earth. He was also very willing to fix the issue.The assistant manager who took my order was also VERY pleasant. I have not been to JJs in while and not only did he provide me with information about the rewards program, but also he made personalizations to my order with a great attitude without making me feel like I was asking for too much.Overall, great customer service AND they have a drive thru! Thanks you all for providing an excellent customer service experience even amid an error.
They make great sandwiches. Freaky fast
We love Jimmy Johns sandwiches, and we use this location often. We have found a consistent problem though, with getting our orders right. We are very deliberate in making sure we give our orders slowly and clearly, but the sandwiches are seldom as ordered if we wish to leave off the lettuce, tomatoes, or mayo. We have to deal with unhappy grandchildren when they unwrap their sandwich and it is wrong again. We find ourselves removing as much lettuce as we can, or scraping off the mayo. This last time we resorted to taking the turkey and cheese off the delicious Jimmy John's bread and putting it on a slice of plain old white bread we had in the cabinet so our little four year old grandson could enjoy it without the lettuce and mayo we had asked to be left off.
Delivered on time and tasted great. Better value than Subway
