Very gross counter where they make food. NOT a safe place for vegans or even vegetarians to eat! Cross-contamination and bacteria everywhere. The staff is fooling around with each other instead of helping waiting customers. They re-use the same knife and scraper on the counter for all sandwiches. I ordered a veggie sub and watch them use the same knife to cut up a meat sub and go straight to using it on a veggie one. The sauce that spills out of other’s subs don’t get properly cleaned up, they push it off the counter and put the next sub down on top of that. That sub got put right in the trash.
They have gluten free options which is so exciting! I usually can't eat out at restaurants anymore being Celiac, but having gluten free subs made it possible! Pricey for the GF bread, but worth it to feel normal and eat out again!
Get up to the counter to order and 4 Employees standing around arguing about who gave out the wrong sandwich to an costumer. Three customers standing around The register waiting for the correct orders and A couple I guess in line wait for there order to be taken. Lady in front of us ends up walking out in discussed once they finally take her order while there still arguing. We stood around for a Little bit waiting for them to stop. Then ended up walking out as well.
Last time I will ever step foot in this establishment. I'm not one to write bad reviews but I couldn't help myself. The staff was for lack of a better word ghetto, rude and lackadaisical. They all had earbuds in and didn't seem to want to be there. Asking for any additions to your meal was uncomfortable because they would give additude. Makes me sick to think about how well they clean things behind the counter. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The sandwiches were good.The staff behind the counter were TERRIBLE, unprofessional. The place was very dirty, not stocked,the garbage was over flowing, the guys behind the counter were talking inappropriate and using foul language. They were dressed very sloppy and dirty. The one employee had bright blue beats headphones on ( unprofessional looking) another was taking home food for his mom and not paying for anything. They were yelling backand forth to each other and they never changed gloves in between serving food. All the tables had food on them from other people eating at them. Nobody cleaned ANYTHING. Very disappointing
As much as we love Jersey Mikes as a chain this location is not doing anything to help the franchise. It is filthy while all the workers stand around and do nothing. The one cooking over the grill is eating while cooking and has no care in the world about how that would be perceived from a customer. So sad to see the lack of respect and work ethic these young workers had towards the customers.
So this is my 1st time every trying JM! I love it! The biggest difference I can see straight away is that they slice the meat and cheese in front of you, so thick or thin it's up to you. They also have this product called Stubborn, it's delicious ? try it out!
Customer service is terrible!! Swearing and cussing each other out, sandwich exposed left on counter, no change of gloves, workers looked sloppy.
It was my first time coming here and it was an awkward experience. There were 4 employees at the counter and none of them acknowledged me when I came in to pick up my order. No one said hello or even looked at me. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before saying that I was there to pickup an order and the guys seemed annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. My sandwich was good but I don't know if I'll come back. I did not feel welcome.
1/02/22 @ 4:45 pm The staff is playing around behind the counter and ignoring customers. Additionally, staff is using vulgar language (very loudly) in front of families who are dining in and have small children with them. I wasn’t one of those families nor was I dining in. I had a take out order but I was absolutely shocked that staff would behave this way in front of guests, let alone with small children present. Shameful.
