Amazing food freak service
Food was good that we had for breakfast .Waitress was great just over whelm. not enough waitress to take the load off of her.She waited all the tables.Wait time longer then Anticopate.
Not sure if it was just a bad day or what,but IHop used to be pretty good.This was my first visit here since it was built and will probably not go back.Service was next to nothing,the food was mediocre at best.Lots more options for food around to consider this again
Deserves 0 stars this place is terrible never eat here. They took 20 minutes to find my online order. Once they brought it out it was cold barely any food in the huge containers they gave me. I asked for a refund. Everyone in the place was complaining sitting down to eat with their families. This place will probably get shut down eventually. Under staffed cooks are terrible. Sucks don’t go
The waits were ridiculous considering they weren't even busy. Sat at the table for 20 mins before the server even took my order. I didn't get my drink (just a water) until my food came out about 25 mins later. Had to eventually flag down a bus girl to get the check cause the server just vanished.
Would not let us sit down at a table to wait during the 10-15 minutes they told us it would be before ordering because they only had one cook. We were fine to wait to order but I'm not fine to have to hold a baby in my arms with nowhere comfortable to sit for 10-15 minutes. There was hardly anyone there, we would've been in nobody's way. This is poor customer service and obnoxious rules that benefit no one. All it did was cause them to lose money and gain a one star rating... Next time, let the mom and her family sit at a table while they wait. There's no harm in it. The manager on duty needs to learn a thing or two about being nice and courteous to their customers.
If you are expecting service with a smile, FORGET IT ‼️ Slow, forgot our beverages until half thru meal and the place was near empty. Never checked on us once. Being generous with 2 stars
Went here Sunday morning.. They were shirt staffed but we were being very patient.. was told the wait was going to be 15-20 minutes .. ended up about 40.. but some creep was recording us and I just don't feel safe going back there ... He was already being weird with the little girl he was with.. why do ppl have to be so weird.. I was very disgusted. I knew I should have cooked instead. Food was good tho.. a few mix ups but we understood the issue.
ordered online for pick up at a set time. when i walked in, the order wasn’t ready and i was told they were out of an item. so i updated the order and waited 20 minutes for my food. when i got home, i found out i was missing an item and i tried calling twice and no one would answer. so i can’t notify anyone to get the missed item taken care of.
The waffle machine is working now, @ this location, & the GLUTEN FREE Belgium waffles r the BEST, #1, & worth the w8! If want to eat n IHOP, reserve time n schedule cuz they r short-staffed. Patience is required but once food ordered, there is low wait-time for food.
