great barbecue and dessert.
A pretty good country-style buffet, probably even one of the best in this area. The grilling section definitely is the best place for some fresh pork or hamburgers. There is also a great salad section with lots of vegetarian options. One of the things that sets aside this place from other buffets is the dessert section. There are a variety of cakes, cookies, and treats. Icee machine is great as well.

Consistency is the key to any successful restaurant. The only challenge I have here is the fact that they're not. Sometimes they're the best place you could ever go. With the best prepared steaks juicy tender and then you have a guy just throws a dry piece of something on your plate. If Alan is there you cannot beat Golden corral. If Allen's not cooking the steaks you have about a 25% chance of enjoying the food. And I know you may feel like this is my opinion. However if you go in and you meet Alan. You will be converted.
The food is tasty and fresh; the steak and ribs are tender and well-seasoned. Salad bar has fresh veggies. I had a variety of foods which were all good. The lady who brought our beverages was friendly and efficient. Plenty seating room, even at dinnertime on a Saturday evening. The lines were long, yet the two cashier's kept them moving. My grandson and I enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back.

For it being a buffet its decent. The staff could use some customer service training and they should be more attentive to ensuring the kids are supervised and keep their hands out of the food because that was the main reason for my 3 stars. Had to literally limit what I choose after watching kids grab things with their hands. And the way the staff talk to each other in front of the customers needs some attention. I left feeling horrible for the woman who cleared our plates and brought our drinks who was clearly stretched for more than her share of tables being yelled at to hurry up and clear tables to seat a large group while other employees were standing around talking and laughing and 1 was even on their phone.
The food was Delicious and hot so glad it is open I can do a happy dance ? ?
If the wonderful note at the entrance wasn’t enough to turn you away, I don’t know what is. Chicken was undercooked and people grabbing food with their bare hands. When we took the undercooked chicken to someone, they just said “okay” and threw it out. Personally I think this is ridiculous. As it has been years since I was in a Golden Corral I decided to give them one more try. Bad idea. Also check out my pictures of the mess at the entrance.
