So I'm a thin crust type of gal, but my niece wanted deep dish and it was good. We ordered the Supreme but it didn't come with olives. So we added them. When the pizza came, the olives was literally on top. So I felt that was a little off. Usually it's baked in with the rest of the onions, bell peppers, sausage, etc... but it taste ? fine to me. My niece said it didn't taste like it was baked together. Lol. The calamari was good as well.

Edit...had the pizza today, excellent.I know, I should have had the pizza, but had a taste for pasta. Ordered fettuccine Alfredo, it was ok. Service was pleasant.

Pizza is great. Service is great. Why not 5 stars? The delivery…make sure you dine in or carry out. Delivery takes close to 2-3 hours. The window time they give you is way off. So if you want pizza for dinner order right after lunch.

We always had to travel to Chicago to get Giordano’s before, and were elated when they opened a location in Schererville.Giordano’s pizza is the best. It’s always the same high quality each and every time. You never have to wonder if it’s going to be delicious again… you know it will be!This visit included an amazing server as well. I believe he was pulling double duty, serving the bar and some tables too. He handled it like a pro, and with a genuinely warm welcoming smile. That was refreshing. He checked in with us regularly to refill our drinks before they were completely empty (which is important in hot weather), and to ensure we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next trip!

Man that was some good pizza. I was there for a birthday party and the staff was very helpful and friendly. As it was my first time there I've only had the pizza, but rest assured next time I'm in the area I will be stopping back to try the other dishes. I saw what some other people were eating and I really want to try them because they looked fantastic.

On Saturday Evening 3/26/22 I Placed My Order Online & Got There A Bit Early So I Was Seated At An Hightop Near The Bar. This Was My First And Last Time At This Location. I Waited An Additional Hour While Seated Inside. I've Actually Never Been To Any Giodiano's That Doesn’t Accommodate Veterans. My Family Loves Giodiano's From Hyde Park In Chicago, Mokena, and Orland Park To Las Vegas Bally's and Boco Park locations. This Is The 1st Location I've Been To That Doesn't Offer Discounts For Military. The Manager Stated Only Uniformed Police Officers. Okay, So I Paid Nearly $200 For 3 Pizzas, An Old Stale Family Size Salad, Burnt No Flavor Calamari, and 2 Orders Of 6 Piece Wings That Were ($34) Alone. (BY THE WAY: I DIDN'T ASK FOR MY TAKEOUT TO BE COMBINED WITH MY DINE-IN DRINK & CALAMARI. RED FLAG ?) I Also Never Received My Kids Chocolate Chip Cookies. The Server Was Engaging & Thought They Had A Veterans Discount As Well... Hell, The Drink I Had While Waiting Was The Only Good Thing Truthfully. The Manager Zuri/Zora? Or Whatever Was Not Pleasant What So Ever. She Lied And Said She Couldn't Give Out Any Information For Her Boss. I Was Told To Give My Name & Number That Debbie (District Manager) Would Contact Me Yesterday 3/28/22. I Obviously Haven't Heard From Anyone Concerning This Matter. I Emailed These Pictures And Still Never Heard Back From Management.Look At This Pitiful Garden Salad ? No, I Do Not Know What The Black Stuff Inside The Gristled Chicken Is. The Onions Were Dried, Salad Was Soggy, Tomatoes Were Hard & Dark. I Seriously Don't Have Time For Food Poisoning ? After Paying Nearly $30 For This Salad. Unacceptable... I've Contacted Corporate This Was A Terrible Experience.

I really like the pizza and salad here. However, went in this evening around 5:15 or so. Waited at the front patiently for at least 5-7 min. It didn't seem overly busy. Several staff walked back and forth, some tending to tables. The issue I have is there was no acknowledgement at all. No, "we'll be with you shortly" or a wave to signal that I was even seen. It was only until I loudly asked if they were accepting dine ins when a young lady named Keisha who was bartending on the other side, came over to seat us. I watched this young lady make drinks, clear tables, and seat people. A server did come and get our order. The salad I ordered was brown. I was so hungry, so I just dug around it thinking it was only a few leaves that were discolored. There were several, at which point I just stopped. Again I enjoy the deep dish pizza and have been here several times before. I would hope that if I were to patronize again, the experience would be better, starting at the front door.

I always go to this location because of the great customer service. However on 4/7/22 at 5:50pm I was unhappy with the service I received. The young lady at the pick up counter (Samantha) was very rude to my son (10) who went in to pickup the pizza. He came back to the car a total of 3 times with another story. First time she said another 25min. Fine. The second time she said another 5 minutes. I told him wait for an additional 5 minutes. He went in and came back to the car and said she told him the pizza takes 55minutes to cook it’s not ready what don’t he understand about that. I decided to go in and see what was going on as to why a pizza I ordered a hour ago isn’t ready and they aren’t busy. She told me it’s not ready, it asked how isn’t it ready when you told my son it’ll be ready in 5 minutes 12 minutes ago and for her to go check on it. There was another lady waiting that mentioned how she’s been waiting for the same amount of time and how Samantha was rude to her as well. She then came back with 6 pizza boxes no apology or anything. This was the worse experience every at this location. I will never go back there. Please give more customer service training to this young lady.

Had an excellent time until the manager ignored a customer and when we tried to point it out, looked me dead in my face and said "I am aware..."rude as hell. Rude is so unprofessional. It is not a customer's fault you do not like your job or you are having a bad day. Rudeness is ugly.
