Yea! The food was not bland like most Mexican restaurants! The salsa was great and had just the right kick to it. Their enchiladas are excellent! The beans were great as was the rice. I just wish I could have had a little more rice! Great place, great service!
I love to order my favorite, The Morcajete, Guacamole and a Margarita...a great meal, the Margarita was the bomb!!!
Ordered 3 shrimp tacos. The menu said they were served in corn tortillas. I asked for flour tortillas instead. Waitress said there would be an up charge. Really! Tacos were bland and no flavor. . Chips and salsa were bland. Place is not authentic; and it's overpriced. Mostly a place for the drinking crowd;, not a place for real Mexican food.
Food was excellent. Service was terrible. Waited over 45 minutes for our table for 5 adults. We were told 20 to 25 minutes. Watch many people that came there after us get seated when we finally asked they said they called us.....absolutely did not. We were sitting directly in front of the host's station. They sat us quickly after that. We got our drinks and order promptly but only saw the server once after that. Had to look around and stop other servers for assistance. Will not be returning.
Not the most authentic Mexican food and a bit overpriced. The staff, however, is very nice and accommodating. I didn't have the margaritas, but my group said they were pretty good. If you order the torta ahogada, it is extremely spicy! So be careful ordering that if you have a low spice tolerance.
First time here! It was very pleasant n laid back.. The waiter and staff was super nice n attentive! Food was delicious! The Tropical long island was the bomb!? I'll definitely be back!
Thursday around noonBeen here on multiple occasions, and I've never once been disappointed. Friendly service, nicely seasoned food, kid friendly, and clean environment. I recommend the chefs platter. Easily top 3 Mexican restaurants in NWI, if not #1.
Two time there and food was excellent.
You must get the burrito El Salto. It is delicious. There is bacon inside there. Anything with bacon is delicious, including this burrito. 10 out of 10
The food was delicious but the drinks were not so good. My strawberry banana margarita had way to much sour mix and my husband's pomegranate mojoto had so much mint it tasted like mouth wash. Our server only came to our table one time and barely spoke English. Overall it was a decent experience.
