They delivered to my neighbors house instead of mine and when I called to get it fixed they told me.. well go any get it from the neighbor. And accused me of trying to SCAM THEM. I am 8 months pregnant and covid is high right now. They really expect me to walk threw the snow to the neighbors house and ask them for my pizza. Ridiculous. We ordered from them all the time and literally are right down the street but I guess we learned our lesson about the "manager" they have running this location.
Decent store hard working crew. Very kind to customers and we will always order our quick hot dinner from here.
This Domino's was the best for a long time. Still make good food, but the store discontinued the 5.99 Medium 2 topping pizza deal (which is listed on the official website). Asked why they no longer offered the deal, got crickets. It's a shame. Keeping a 1 star review till they bring it back.
I have ordered from this location 3-4 times this year my location is usually the one in Griffith and not once was I satisfied at schererville. Let’s just say their timing is out of track.one time I had it delivered and ordered it around 4pm and wanted it at 7pm for the Sunday night game and didn’t get it until almost 7:50 just shy of 8pm. Called they kept saying they are on the way and the gps not functioning correct because I told the manager the car shows it’s on route to me than goes another way and wait time changes …Today December 26 I go in to make order around 6:15 pm and they say 20 minutes so I leave and come back around 7pm and 4 other customers waiting about orders being mixed up and etc employee working however they need to watch the language their using when there is 5 customers in the store… meanwhile I got my order at 7:22pm so looks like my order was given to someone else or started super later. They have good pizza that’s why I gave it 2 star but management- employees need to step it up
This restaurant has gone downhill so so quickly. Management does not seem to even care about the employees let alone what the employees are doing I think that the manager Michael Myers needs to adjust what he is doing to the staff and causing orders to be put out improperly or not at all by telling the kids to take the order but then not send it.Overall I think it's bad staffing and it's not on the young kids it is on management for failing to hire employees or keep employees that are willing to work.When I received my pizza on more than one occasion it was unbelievably cold, tasted horrible or prepared wrong.Now that there's so many more locations I say goodbye to this Schererville location!Worst tasting pizza & horrible experience with management
The worse pizza i ever ate. Ordered large pizza with few topping and extra cheese, the mistake i made probably that i added garlic sous ... IT was Thin Bread topped with garlic sous and few toppings floating in that sous , i could barely see any chees .. it was literally eating thin bread covered in mayonnaise fatty garlicky sous which was 3 times thinker than the pizza bread and no chees .. you try to take a slice and literally you cant, this topping dropping like hot mayonnaise and there is no even chees to try to keep this mass together ... I couldn't' t eat it .. $32 in the garbage .. its late and supper windy and i have small kids i wish i could take it back to them
One of the worse pizza I ever ate, just Sauce with bread.Terrible, terrible, terrible I wish I could give them minus 5.I paid almost $30 for my pizza came out worse no more than $7 pizza. Will never ever by again from domino's Pizza.
This store has the nicest employees and they get my order right every time and very quickly!
Horrible customer service. Last 2 times I have ordered pizza it took over 2 hours. The first time I ordered, food and drinks were missing and food was cold. The 2nd time ordered my 2 simple large pizzas took 3 hours . I had to call in and ask what the issue was. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I told them my order was suppose to be delivered in 30 minutes an that it had been an hour and a half. They then told me to wait 30 more minutes and they would give me a complimentary 2 liter, which I never received. When it finally arrived the driver expected a tip. The food was not hot at all. This was all on a ordinary Wednesday not a busy weekend! Needless to say I will never order dominos again!
