First time I went there, the Wagyu Slaw Be Joe was the most perfectly balanced sandwich I've ever had. Went there today and it was so over salted that I threw half of it away in disgust.I really hope that it was just a mistake because I really love the food here. It's going to be a while before I give them another chance.
Went for the 1st time the other day and the food was amazing!! Everything is made fresh unlike the other sandwich shops that have popular commercials on TV. Workers were friendly and everything was just great, I will def be back and recommend it.
This is one amazing sandwich shop! The way you Philly cheesesteak is to die for. I always add mayo because that’s how they do it in Philly. Just as good as going to Philly and getting the real thing! The girls had meatball sandwiches and loved it. The tomato bisque soup is…A-maze-ing! Seriously. The sandwiches are incredible, if you went there just for the tomato bisque…it would be so worth it.
Got the Wagyu cheesesteak 18inch extra mayo. Cheese Steak was great and worth every penny. Going to eat here again. Wish they had fries tho
Had the pastrami with Russian dressing. Absolutely awesome. My friend had the wagyu with mushrooms and cheese he loved it plans on bringing his wife. Very friendly manager Dan was awesome welcoming and explained the menu. This place is perfect for somebody like me that likes to customize my food or sometimes doesn't enjoy the pre-made ingredients with other sandwich shops I love this about this place and plan on coming back to try the rest of the menu. Place is clean modern looking food looks impressive the staff was on point making everything fresh to order. Got my food very quickly. The soup was very good was prepared without too much salt which may be good for some people but I do like a salty soup just an observation not a criticism. Absolutely will tell all my friends and family about this new welcome addition to the region. They do cater and they do have online ordering. I would highly recommend giving this place a try.
My family and I tried this for the first time yesterday and it was the best sandwiches hot sandwiches we have ever had! I had the American Wagyu Cheese Steak, my wife had the Classic Cheese Steak and my daughter had the Chicken Chipotle Crunch. Great people, great service and amazing food. We will definitely be back!
Gotta be one of the best chain sandwich shops around. Service was kinda slow but it was about an hour or so before closing and me being in the restaurant business off n on over the years I can understand especially with the amount of foot traffic and online orders coming in. I don't know if the gentleman with the shaved head was the owner or a new manager taking everyone's but I commend him helping out the crew and talking with the customers. I tried the Capastrami sandwich and I thought it was a good sandwich. I'll be back to try them again in the near future.
The sandwiches are very expensive. I ordered 3 half sandwiches and they were so small and barely had any meat on them. The food was not worth the money. That was my first time going there and also will be my last time. I'm better off going to Subway. At least you get a whole 12 inch sandwich for 8.00 and not a 5 inch for 8.00 like at Capriotti's.
Placed a pickup order online for a Capistrami sandwich. After picking up the sandwich and taking it home, I found out the sandwich I instead received was the Wagyu Slaw Be Joe Sandwich. I called the restaurant to issue a complaint, and was told by the person that answered that they made the sandwich and that while there shouldn't have been crispy onion on my sandwich, it was the correct sandwich.I tried informing them that this wasn't my first time ordering the sandwich that I ordered, but they continued to insist that I was the one that was wrong. After going back and forth for a few minutes I was told nothing would be done, and we disconnected.While I enjoy their sandwiches, after receiving this type of service, I will never place another order at this Capriotti's location again.
Great service! They were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. I got the Chicken Chipotle Crunch which was so tasty. My partner got Waygu Cheese Steak which he said was also good and so cheesy. We got chicken soup for our picky toddler which she devoured.
