The worst BK ever. The girl taking orders doesn't know what she is doing and doesn't care. Heard her swearing the whole time with other coworkers. Had to tell my order several times at the window. Food was cold.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BK!Obviously management doesn't care. Seems like BK in NW Indiana SUCKS.
Placed a mobile order for pick up, get up to the window only to be told their closed for about 15min, when I explained I ordered on my phone she went quiet.
I pulled up to the drive through 2 weeks ago to order a chicken sandwich. They informed me they did not have breading for the chicken. Last week I ordered a meal through door dash. I received my meal without my drink. Turns out they don't have soft drinks. This week, I ordered food through door dash, and they don't have soft drinks, fries, or burgers. How are they still in business????
I went through the drive through 840 tonight the buns were stale plus the whoppers were cold looking forward to enjoying these I'm burger King fan but this food was terrible. We usually visit the main st crown point in one. Burger King you need stepp to better product don't just want give money for bad food you should refund my money or give me better food dissatisfied customer
Went thru drive thru ordered 3 egg sausage and cheese sandwiches. Informed “we have no eggs, we’re waiting on the truck.” Proceeded to order 3 whopper jr with cheese no onion on 3, 1 no ketchup. Received 3 whopper jr NO cheese all had ketchup. Buns were old. Also ordered 2 Cokes, 1 Diet Coke. Informed they were out of coke. The worst food, couldn’t eat it. Also, no receipt.
The worst fast food in schererville never open and when they are u can't hardly get any food either they are out of food the computer is down the broiler is down, I just called to make sure they were open when I got there had to wait because the girl who takes the order went next door to use the bathroom. Despite being short on workers, friendly and professional staff, food was good. Will be back mainly because of the staff here.
