Our drinks where never empty Glad we had cold beer in such a hot place, meaning the A/C sucked! Food was great and prompt service but unless it’s a perfect temp. day or you can handle the heat avoid the Schererville location their air conditioning must not work! 5 star for service. Was here the other day just could not believe the horrible service me and my wife got from a server there named Josh. He never got me the drink I asked for completely got my wife's order wrong and never did bother to check on us until after he brought the check. He was not busy he simply doesn't take pride in his job or this business.Would give zero stars if I could will not be returning.
My son and I went for lunch on a Sunday, there was only 6 occupied tables, When we sat, 3 tables left. I saw about 4 servers. We waited 15 minutes and nobody took our drink order. I asked one of the server who was our waitress and he pointed to a girl who was ignoring us the whole time since we got there. Smfh! We never going back to this place. Y’all are lazy mfs
I wish I could give 0 stars. This location, at least today, felt like it was ran by a bunch of college and high school kids. Disgusting, poorly managed, gross food, and no sense of organization.First and foremost, there was literally nobody up front to check people in or seat them. There’s no sense of feeling welcomed. We can blame that on a slow day. Sure. What can’t be blamed on a slow day is the absolutely disgusting bathrooms. The woman’s bathrooms are an abomination. You can’t even lock the doors because they stick together. The gray tin where we put our pads is full. And the toilets don’t even flush all the way. To top the bathroom experience off, the non nature friendly paper towel dispenser was stuck and/or out. First impression, disgusting and broken all in 5 minutes of being here.Second, there’s at least 10 waiters/waitresses on the floor doing absolutely nothing. My boyfriend had a waiter threaten to write another waiter up over who was taking our table right in front of us. Completely unprofessional. Lots of waitresses on their phones or gathering by their stands while customers needed checks, refills, or boxes. Absolutely ridiculous.Never coming here again.
Server seemed like she was a bit overwhelmed, but was pleasant and kind. She did a good job checking in with us and making sure we didn't feel forgotten. Our food took as long as it would on a night with a full house, and we were one of 5 or 6 tables. However, I think they're a bit understaffed, so its understandable. Hopefully they can find some more good employees soon. Food at least tasted really good and wasn't left sitting around in the kitchen. Our server made sure to bring it out as soon as it was ready.
We had a blast here at Buffalo Wild wings. when we walked in the people in the front were sorta rude and annoying but once we got seated our wait Jonathan was absolutely amazing! He is so polite, professional and his energy was very uplifting and caring! He definitely needs a raise because he truly made our night out incredible. Thank you so much Jonathan! I had a great time here. I finally got to try the Flamin Hot Doritos sauce wings which were amazing. My host Lauren was very quick to seat me. She was very cool and had great vibes. The environment was great. People definitely gotta come here and enjoy some great food.
Only reason I'm giving you guys a 4 star is because of how well your manager (whopper) handle the problem we had on Saturday night.Let me start by saying that our server Allanah needs to find a different job because serving isn't for her! From the moment my party sat down it was horrible, we understood the wait and why everything was taking so long everyone is under staff but the way she handle everything was horrible. I suggest management looks into letting her go because she is HORRIBLE at her job! The manager was great he took care of the situation and we ended up staying and enjoying the rest of the night, thank you for being awesome!
Good service is hard to find but we found it here. Our waitress was attentive and the food came out hot and fast.
Wow. This definitely changed. Young workers milling about, not acknowledging anybody, yet place was only about a third full. Agonizingly slow service, food was mediocre at best. Yes there's a recession, but 9 bucks for cheeses sticks! Not a good time.
