I grew up eating this pizza and just tasting it brings back a flood of memories. It has always been my favorite and Aurelio's is my first stop when I'm back in town. Only if there was an Aurelio's in Houston Texas. If there was a six star option, I would give them seven.
Waited 40 minutes in the pickup line while they continued to let people who went inside pick up their pizza. By the time I got mine it was so soggy that it was sticking to the cardboard. I left and there was still a line extending well out of the pick up door.
Have ordered from here several times. It is always late, never shows, or the pizza is ruined from bad delivery driving. Staff does not accommodate whatsoever. Have given this location several chances and the service is always pitiful. Wouldn't waste my time ordering from this specific location ever again or the franchise as a whole. Terrible service and terrible quality.
Ordered $80 worth of food and the pizza was all messed up from the delivery driver. Took me three times to call and speak to a manager about the driver returning my money and picking up the food that was not edible this was the worst service I have ever received and I will never order here again.
Usually a bad pizza is "good enough". This order from Aurellios in Schererville changes all of that.Ordered a thin crust and a stuffed. While the stuffed was uncut and the prettiest pizza I've ever bought, it was raw. So was the thin crust. Both were raw dough on the bottom, and the cheese on the thin crust was barely melted. And the sauce? More sugar than tomato and way too much. If you like raw dough and tomato sugar syrup, this is the place for you. Neither pizza is edible and a waste of $60. I should have stuck to Beggars.
Pizza is consistent. We haven't lived in "The Region" since 1985; we try to include pizza when we return to visit family and friends. Aurelio's pizza is consistent--that same firm and chewy crust + delicious toppings!!
Was placing an order,, took my cc,, then tells me can't deliver without cc & DL upon delivery....cool, switch to cash, can't do that, ok, well I'm not going to be there, I'm not the only person that lives in the house,...js can't do that... ok.. cancel order than.Very rude, said it was store policy, never have i showed my id and cc for delivery in the past with them, even so, switch to cash, nope, well then... guess who gets my $50+ order, ridiculous.
Wow!!! I just called to get a pizza delivered because I am 2 miles away on the Indiana boarder and I was told they do not deliver that far. How about that and that was the manager i spoke to. Unbelievable coming from Aurelio
Pizza is just plastic Palermos is just all the way better. I don't think they care about there workers either. Never ordering from this dump again. Plus they also have Flys in there kitchen and termites gross.
Worse pizza I’ve ever tasted!! Crust was soft and flimsy, cheese tasted generic and sauce was mediocre. Mushrooms were not actually cooked in- tasted like they threw them on top for the last 10 minutes of cooking. The pepperoni was ok and so was the sausage but the entire presentation was horrible. Looked like a pizza my teenage daughter made at home from scratch without a rolling pin!!!! Now I see why they are cheaper than most— you get what you my pay for!!!
