If you are reading this take an extra 5 minutes and drive to the Wendy's on Willowcreek. I once waited 5 minutes behind three cars in drive thru realizing I was not moving so I went to the Wendy's on Willowcreek, ordered, received my food and drove by the Wendy's on Route 6, the car in front of me was at the speaker ordering food. Sometimes this Wendy's is fast and has good customer service but is it worth wasting time to find out. If you are patient then give it a try. Today was the worst. I waited at the speaker for 8 minutes to be told when they finally asked what I wanted they did not have any frostys. Not having the frostys was not the problem, waiting 8 minutes to be told they did not have any. On a 90 degree day when you have no frostys I would suggest you put up a sign. This Wendy's is dead to me.
I tried reaching out you guys. About 3 hours ago my family got food. EVERYONE HAS EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA AT THE EXACT TIME AFTER EATING. I gave a hit to my dog and she also has diarrhea. Something is very wrong
Got a large Frosty from here recently. I enjoyed the top quarter of it, then dropped off the rest of it to my wife at work. Later on, a few bites in, she notices an odd taste. When she dumps it in the trash, she discovers why: a wad of used chewing gum in the bottom of the cup.I sent a notice to corporate telling them about the incident, but I never got a response. When I've had issues with other locations (seems to be once every 2-3 years), I hear back from the general manager. That tells me that this particular store doesn't care that they have disgusting people preparing food for the public. So I am not going to visit this location ever again.There's another location a couple of miles north on Willowcreek just before Central. I've not visited that one yet, but if you really want Wendy's while in Portage, I strongly suggest going there instead. Better yet, Culver's is also a couple of doors down.
Night crew is terrible, no customers inside and no one in drive thru besides me and sat there for 7 mins and got no response and drove past the window and they’re all standing around laughing having a great time, Whoever the manager is needs to do a better job.

Went through drive thru to order & drive thru rep had a nasty attitude. Also I ordered the fries to experience the new taste & to see if the advertising from TV was true about hot fries every time. #NOT TRUE! Fries was cold and taste old, my burger was cold. I understand this is called fast food but I expect my food to be warm or hot. Get it together WENDY'S!
Waited 20 minutes to get our food in the reserved parking spot. Three cars who came after us received their food first. Had to walk in to find my order just sitting at the front counter.
Why can’t these restaurants not get a to go order properly sure you deserve $15 an hour
Service was acceptable, stopped for a few breakfast sandwiches for a dollar and they were worth every penny. Had the sausage egg and cheese, it was surprisingly delicious and the potatoes were equally delicious.I have to say currently best choice for the money definitely going back for breakfast at that price.
