Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and no greeting is provided. After waiting for 5 minutes and my prompting for a team member attention, I was told they are not taking orders in drive thru or inside at this time due to staff shortage. Team member stated I would need to place an order online to pick-up. No signage posted regarding this issue and poor customer service being rejected to place an order at the drive thru. I didn't have my phone with me nor do I have the app. Went to McDonalds.

$5 box is now only available if you order online!?!***And no sauce. Thanks for the great service.

This place has really gone downhill lately. Busted drive thru menu, out of items, chips taste like burnt plastic, cash only when I was there, limited hours. Might as well close the place down.

30 minutes ago, a few cars including me just sat at the drive through. No one answering the speaker or ever asking for an order. Far from the first time it has happened, or the overnight crew leaves up a sign saying they aren't taking orders (which the morning crew told me was them "playing games"). Ridiculously poor service, I hope the owner or GM knows how much business this site throws away and how many people leave after being ignored.

I've been to this location several times and every time they mess up my order they aren't extremely rude they say they don't have menu items even though everyone else has them Depending on the day of the week Their registers may be down and can only accept cash or card. The out side menu is always messed up and it seems like no one cares about there job.

They couldn’t take a debit card and did not have change for $100.00 we were traveling and got off the highway to eat. They couldn’t figure out the issue only had $25 besides the $100 bill and the order was $34. Instead of working on deleting items to cover the $25 we did have they threw the order away. Waste of our 35 minutes.

I live near this location so I have attempted to go here many times. 50/50 if they will take orders. Always say something is down or broken. When it is your lucky day and they take your order you HAVE to count the items because they often do not give you everything you ordered. Don't even attempt to verify if they are the correct items, that will be asking too much. The best they could do (before pandemic and current) is maybe be open and maybe give you the number of items you ordered.

Maybe they can pay more than minimum wage cuz the people they got apparently don't know how to read their own screensI would expect the people that they're hiring or at least competent but it doesn't seem to be that way and it doesn't look like it's getting any better when you don't know how to make their own food that a problemI ordered a bean burrito no onions no red sauce the first one came out with onions on it and this is what my second one look like with a soft shell taco and sour cream that shouldn't even be in the product

The employee's act like I'm bothering/asking to much of them every time I put in a simple order.They never have coffee for breakfast and never give me my receipt to ask for items they always seem to forget.

They can't count to 7. I ordered 7 items in the drive through. The bag I got felt light so I pulled forward and only had 3 of 7 items I ordered. I waited in line and explained the situation. The chick who said she was the night manager had a disgusting disposition and smug attitude. She accused me of lying, saying she checked the bag and the other girl at the window double checked the bag. She took the bag dack and gave me a cash refund.Either she didn't check, or she's incompetent and can't count to 7.Never going back.
