Google shows dine in as an option. Had a group of 8 on one order and couldn’t use drive thru (2 vehicles). Was told we couldn’t come inside to order or use restrooms. Told us to order online(not doing that for 8 people) and we would have to wait in parking lot. When asked if we could stand at window and order, was told no. They weren’t busy and no one else was in drive thru. Unaccommodating, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.
This is honestly the worst subway I have ever been to. There has never been a time where they get an order correct. The sandwiches are always falling apart and half way on the bread because they can’t cut bread correctly. They always forget something on the sandwich ie, cheese, sauces, etc. I’m sorry but how can anyone ever support paying people $15 an hour to fast food employees when you have places like this can’t even prove that they deserve it. Today is the last time I go to this location.
They replaced the sweet onion sauce and made it sweet onion teriyaki, yuck?if not broke, why fix it? Ruined the 2 sandwiches l bought. Want my money back!!!
Stopped here the other night and the door says they are open til 10pm but the door was locked . The drive thru was open so I got in line and I believe the headset was still on because you ca know hear the yelling about all the orders and it was almost closing time . (9pm ) but the sign says 10pm . Got the sandwiches home and they had hardly anything in them , no meat not toppings . Lesson learned by stopping at this location .
Usually quick service and tasty sammiches. The last time I went they used way too much pepper and my order was to have been ready at 6:45. I got my order around 7:15. I understand that things are rough right now... so I'm still giving this place 5 stars. The other times I've eaten there (maybe 2-3 times a month) its been perfect.
Consistent with your typical subway. Not too slow. Has a drive through.

My subway experience at this restaurant located on Willowcreek road portage, IN was more than enjoyable! The staff was extremely professional in a friendly manner and made me feel welcomed as an individual, and to top it off my Italian BMT sandwich was more than fresh it was made right! The bread was soft, the lettuce and banana peppers were moist and enjoyable. i preferably don’t use dressings on my sandwich and let the lettuce and banana peppers moisten up the well placed ham and pepperoni for my sandwich. I really appreciated the well service brought by lacie, whom made my sandwich, and will look forward to purchasing another sandwich from this location may it be in the lobby or the new drive through!
Food was fresh and fast. Order was made correctly despite two complex sandwich orders. Only downside was the lobby wasn't open due to lack of employees.
I love buying my subways from subway in Portage. Fresh veggies, bread was great. Good customer service. 5 start rating all the time
