I love the Portage Pizza Hut. Whether I dine in or pick up my food it's always hot and tasty. The employees are always friendly and nice to talk to. Today I talked to the GM Jillian for the first time and she made it possible for my food to be delivered even though in the past I was told I was just out of range. Thank you Jillian! You are (((The Best)))!
I ordered delivery. I was told delivery would take 30 mins I received it on time food was good... Delivery guy was professional. I will order from here again...
The waitress was rude. They should profile the help a little better. I asked for the specials and she told me ‘none that would apply to me’. I asked for the specials again and was told none that would apply to my daughter and I. I had to lie and tell her it was 4 other people at home just to get the answer out of her. The food was the same but the service was questionable.

I was very impressed with the speed and convenience of which I received my order and the quality of the food I received was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied.
The crust was very soggy. The sauce that came with breadsticks was watery and only a tiny bit in cup.

This was the first time I have ordered Pizza Hut in over a year. The last few times I had ordered it in the past, the sauce did not taste good and I thought you were using a different kind, so I quit ordering it. I really like the pan pizza and was craving it, so I thought I would give Pizza Hut another chance. I was very pleased to find that the sauce was good like I remembered from before the change. I hope that you keep the original sauce and do not change it again.
PLEASE IMPROVE QUALITY CONTROL. OUR PIZZA AND PZONE WERE EXTREMELY OVERCOOKED. SERVICE WAS FINE BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE ABLE TO PROPERLY COOD A PIZZA.
Was told they delivered paid on card waited and 1hr10 minutes then called to find out they don't deliver had to drive there got the food they handed me old bread sticks they took the old ones back. The store decided I'd get 2 free 2Liters. Also to asked if I wanted new bread sticks so they took my old ones back and I had to wait for them to make fresh. But the food was good pizza hut has some good ingredients
