Food was the usual quality expected from Panda Express, cabbage in the chow mein could have cooked a little longer but flavor was all there. What did stand out was quality of service, which was very friendly and our cashier went above and beyond what one would typically expect and that's what really have them the full five star review. Not sure what our cashier's name was, but she did an excellent job. Glad we stopped in, it's a family fave for quick, easy and something everyone will eat without complaint (as a parent of two, that's a must).
To the crew who was on the clock during my 12:10 dine in order, THANK YOU! You showed nothing less than professionalism. To the manager, Jiaii Xu, to publicly lecture your workers who are working hard during a busy lunch rush, very rude and unprofessional. They were so busy and all you could do is complain about anything and everything. You couldn’t even pull yourself together to help your employee in the drive through who repeatedly asked for you to assistance. Instead, you decided to ask 100 questions about how you could help, which if you were paying attention you would know. I don’t work there but I knew exactly what help was needed. In your efforts to help, you put lids on my food then went back into the corner to hide, complain and lecture some more to the employees. I normally do not go to corporate but this made me feel uncomfortable enough to make an exception. 5 stars to the working staff, 0 for Jiaii Xu.
Omg a mess this is my 2nd time eating at this location and if I can say horrible I waited for my food and super greens ,and was told to wait 6 minutes. I asked the lady that brought out my food because I went thru the drive thru was everything in there. I didn't get any soy sauce and my super greens weren't cooked still hard rice was hard . I will never come back here...????
When we got there the door was locked they let us in and said that the lobby was closed because they were short staffed. We told then we were in a semi and couldn't go through the drive thru. A nice gentleman said that they would help us. My husband wanted egg rolls but they ones they had out looked burnt. We asked if they would make us new ones.. Vanessa decided she wanted to be rude and was snarky when telling us it would take 8 mins for new ones. We patiently waited for new ones and yet again they burned them too. Definitely not a great experience.
Horrible place staff unprepared food burnt and this young lady (Vanessa) has very bad attitude and no customer service skill what so ever will never come to this location again...
Did not get the usual portion due to lack of food, even after they asked and agreed to wait 10 mins for more food. They don’t usually do this. Hopefully it was just a minor glitch that they pull together quickly.
Was told 5 min for orange chicken. Now 10 minutes still no chicken. I understand the challenges businesses have in these times... if your business is preparing food you know to the second how long the process takes. Please give honest and accurate estimates. Food very good. Pleasant staff.
I ordered 4 bigger plates. When we placed the first two the girl who was taking the order asked which sides we wanted. We had asked for the chow-mein. The other 2 plates the girl never asked us what the sides wanted. When we had order all the same entrees for the first two and the second two she seemed really frustrated by that and stated that it would be at least 20 minute wait for our food. My friend and I said that was fine. When we arrived at the window to pay for our order we advised to the guy in the window that the person taking our order did not ask us about the additional sides. We asked him if he could make sure they were the super greens and the rice. He said that he would change it on the receipt and let them know. He did not change it on the receipt and pulled us up.It did take about 20 minutes; which is fine. We always order a lot of food and are used to waiting. When the girl gave us our food there was not 3 entrees on any plate. There may have been 2 and all the sides were chow-Mein. I understand that mistakes are made and I went inside to get this fixed. The girl was not very nice to me when I asked her if it looked like it was 3 entrees. She said oh they were 3? I showed her my receipt and told her that all my sides were chow-mein. The location did not have enough of the super greens so I waited another 10 minutes. All my food was cold by time I got home. She did not apologize. She kept saying how busy they were. When I first arrived it was not busy. I challenge you to check you cameras and transaction history during this time. I am not sure if this girl is in charge at night, but if she is she should not be because she can’t make corrections to orders in a friendly way. This has been my first visit to this location in over a year. I stopped coming because they told me that the company had discontinued the sweet fire chicken. I found out that this was a lie. Based off of this visit and the lies I have been told I will be ordering from a Chinese restaurant down the street. They have it ready in 15 minutes and it is correct; plus they are super friendly and happy to have my business.I hope whoever takes this complaint takes it seriously and takes corrective action in this store. I hope you have a nice day.
Ask me to wait 5 minutes for green beans. 25 minutes later still no beans. When inside to ask how much longer. Oh we were just getting it together. Got home and they gave me the wrong order.....go figure!
Do not do not do not go to the portage panda express! First they got my order wrong no big deal, I wasn’t able to get out of my car due to the pandemic, so I had to get back in line, Again no big deal there was maybe three or four cars in front of me. 30 minutes later I got up to the window and I let them know they forgot my kids meal and my 12 Rangoon. The woman got really rude with me as if it was somehow my fault. Then a guy a young boy, maybe 18 or 20, came to the window And hands me a bag, Now hindsight is 2020 but I was more concerned about getting back to my daughter who was 45 minutes away stupid me assumed the food would be correct this time but no, They gave me only three of 12 Rangoon and still missed my kids meal. I had to go back in line, 21 minutes later I get to the window and I let them know that I did not get all my Rangoon or my kids meal and this time I asked if I could please speak with a manager because again, I got attitude from that older lady. She must’ve been the manager because nobody ever came to the window and I could hear yelling. This time a girl came to the window and handed me my food and slammed the window shut. I open the boxes to make sure my food was there since everybody was being so hostile I certainly did not wanna come back a fourth time, Only to realize that my Rangoon were ice cold And my kids meal looks like it was dropped in fact the noodles were all over inside the bag! I did not lose my temper and I was very polite because I did not want my food to be spit on or anything, And if it was not my kids food She was desperately waiting on, as panda is a big treat for our family, I would’ve told them to keep it I just reimburse me my money!
