Nickys makes the best Gyros and the worst burritos. 4 teenagers sitting down. No other customers. My granddaughter and myself ordered burritos and onion rings. Kid brought it as soon ad we sat down. Tortillas were cold as well as the ingredients. Guess they precooked everything but forgot to microwave it before serving it. This was at 6pm on Wednesday the 4th. Didnt see any adults or usual cooks there. I usually dont complain but my God they need a foot in the rear.
ordered a philly and wasnt enough meet to cover even half the bread. called to make them aware of it and the response was basically if u dont like it dont order nomore. not a way to run a business. very disappointed in the customer service.
Ordered a gyro plate but we had to go over the order SEVERAL times with the young man but still seemed to not understand. They TRIED to not provide me with a receipt but I'm very glad I insisted until they fixed their receipt printer. Once I received my order I figured that it was done correctly so why go through the bag and check? Well I was mistaken because I did not receive my gyro plate instead I got a Pita bread with a little meat, no sauces,onions, NOTHING whatsoever except bread and dried up gyro meat. I called them back but he refused to send me via delivery my order that he messed up and instead resorted to go on a rant about how No one wants to work, everyone is lazy, they're instead thinking about shutting down soon. In the end the manager did not make anything. There's several more issues so I would just stay away from that place in Total. It has definitely gone down hill and the owner/manager Truly doesn't seem to care anymore. STAY AWAY!
The food was great and hit the spot! The service was also fast and accurate and the woman working the window was very nice!

Worst customer service ever!!! They messed up the order and then hung up on us twice. They lied and said the manager wasn't there even though 30 seconds before that the manager was talking to them in the background. Went up there and they lied to my face saying they didn't know s what i was talking about! Never ever going back!

It was ok. Had a Chicago style hot dog and my sister had a cheeseburger the fries were really good.
